I asked Abi Recio for the name of her
supervisor because I wanted to let you know how wonderfully we have been
treated by her over the past few weeks.
My husband and I have been working with Abi on
a fall trip to France with Trafalgar. We think she is one of the finest
people we've ever dealt with at Affordable Tours and other companies with
which we have booked travel. All of our questions were answered with
accuracy and a great deal of patience (and in some cases sympathy when we
discovered certain amenities which we had been expecting were not covered by
Trafalgar). I never felt that I was being too much of a problem, even though
I called and emailed Abi quite often. In every instance, she treated me with
utmost respect and kindness. If all of your employees are as friendly,
efficient, and helpful as she is, I congratulate you on your wise hiring.
She is a gem!
We hope to use Affordable Tours for all of our
future tours, especially if we can deal with Abi. And we will be sure to

The thing I taught my employees most of all was to make the Customer's journey a rewarding one; without them, I wouldn't be in business. I don't see much customer satisfaction emphasis any more. That's sad. However, I was rewarded in dealing with David Noel. Something that appears to be happening less and less. So, my e-mail to you. David dealt with me honestly and efficiently.
