- Answer phone calls and respond to e-mail inquiries about tours, ocean cruises, river cruises and resort stays.
- Make vacation reservations and bookings, following through with client from beginning to end of the transaction.
- Requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Past sales or travel-industry experience strongly preferred.
- Flexible schedule, as work is shift based.
Web Content Editor:
- Data entry for all areas of website.
- Requires ability to multi-task and work easily under pressure with little supervision.
- Must have basic PC skills and proficiency in Photoshop CS3, FrontPage 2003, Internet Explorer 7.0, Outlook 2003.
