Our afternoon orientation tour takes us to the historic Temple Square, where we view the Salt Lake Tabernacle - home of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, the Assembly Hall, and the Visitor Center. (Full Breakfast) Hotel: Sheraton Salt Lake City Hotel

Day 4 - Salt Lake City – Jackson
This morning we travel along the Great Salt Lake and across the Oregon Trail, which was the only feasible route west in the 19th century, en route to Jackson, Wyoming. There is time to wander through this authentic old-western town, framed dramatically by the Grand Tetons to the north. Why not stop for a drink at the Million Dollar Cowboy Saloon? This evening we enjoy a specialty dinner at a local restaurant in the town square. (Full Breakfast / Highlight Dinner) Hotel: Antler Inn

Home to an astounding variety of elk and bears, Yellowstone also has one of the few large herds of buffalo still in existence. (Full Breakfast / Dinner)Hotel: National Park Lodges(Weather conditions permitting, the South Entrance to Yellowstone National Park is open from mid-May to mid-October. When the South Entrance is closed, the tour will travel west from Jackson via Idaho and enter Yellowstone National Park through the West Entrance).
