This great adventure will introduce you to the historic cities that shaped America. Start in Boston, the “Athens of America.” After your Old Town Trolley tour you will have time on your own. This evening, perhaps enjoy a whale-watching cruise from Boston Harbor. Then relax and enjoy the comfort and service of AMTRAK rail travel en route to the “The Big Apple.” From Wall Street’s stock exchange to the galleries of SoHo, the sparkling diamond district and the cobblestone streets in the South Street Seaport, New York has something for everyone. Enjoy sightseeing by double-decker bus, allowing you time for independent discoveries. Take the ferry to Ellis Island and view the Statue of Liberty, then take in a Broadway show! Next stop is Philadelphia, the “City of Brotherly Love.” Visit many historic sights on your hop-on/hop-off tour of the city. Later, enjoy fine dining at one of Philadelphia’s famous eateries or stroll along lively South Street. Your final destination is the nation’s capital—Washington DC. View the sights at your own pace on the included Old Town Trolley tour. There is still a full day at your leisure to explore the city and surrounding area on your own.

Day 1: Arrive in Boston.
Day 2: Boston
Old Town Trolley hop-on/ hop-off tour includes stops at more than 15 locations and allows you to see the city at your own pace. You will have narration of over 100 points of interest, including the New England Aquarium, USS Constitution, Beacon Hill, and much more.
Day 3: Boston–New York
City. Travel by AMTRAK Train (coach) to New York City.
Day 4: New York City
Double-decker hopon/ hop-off bus tour includes stops at more than 35 locations. Stops include Central Park, Lincoln Center, Guggenheim, Times Square, Empire State Building, Greenwich Village, SoHo, and more.
Day 5: New York City–Philadelphia
Travel by AMTRAK Train (coach) to Philadelphia; Victorian-style trolley hop-on/hop-off tour includes 20 stops throughout the city such as the Betsy Ross House, Edgar Allan Poe National Historic Site, and Independence National Historic Park.
Day 6: Philadephia–Washington DC
. Travel by AMTRAK Train (coach) to Washington DC; Old Town Trolley hop-on/hop-off tour covering over 100 points of interest, including the Lincoln Memorial, the White House, the Smithsonian Museums, Arlington National Cemetery, and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
Day 7: Washington DC
