Start your vacation in charming Seattle, the "Emerald City," with visits to the Space Needle and Boeing’s Future of Flight. Travel south to Portland for a sightseeing tour; visit Washington Park and the International Rose Test Gardens, the largest rose garden in Portland with nearly 7,000 rose bushes in bloom. Enjoy Multnomah Falls, the second-tallest year-round waterfall in the nation, and visit the Evergreen Aviation Museum and Spruce Goose. Hug the Pacific coastline to Gleneden Beach, and visit the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Yaquina Head Lighthouse, Bandon-by-the-Sea, Heceta Head Lighthouse, and Florence Old Town. Experience a thrilling ride on the Rogue River by a glass-enclosed jetboat. View the world's tallest trees in spectacular Redwood National Park and along Avenue of the Giants, a quiet 2-lane road that winds through some of the world’s most spectacular scenery with ancient redwood trees. You have the opportunity to see an 1,800-year-old redwood. Continue on to Sonoma to visit 19th-century Solano Mission and tour Viansa Winery, one of Sonoma’s most famous wineries.
