Day 1 - Depart USA
Overnight flight to London.

Day 2 - Arrive London (2 nights)
Time to relax after check-in to your Trafalgar hotel. Hotel: Jurys Inn Islington

Day 3 - London at leisure
The day is at leisure to explore this city. (Buffet breakfast)

Day 4 - London – Amsterdam
Welcome from our Tour Director as we are off to Dover for our ferry crossing to Calais in France. Then we board the coach and drive through Belgium to Holland where we see our first windmill. When we arrive in Amsterdam we see Dam Square and the Mint Tower. Tonight why not take a canal cruise in a glass-topped boat? (Continential breakfast)Hotel: Dorint Amsterdam Airport

Day 5 - Amsterdam – Frankfurt
On to Germany today. We stop in Cologne to see the cathedral. Next we have an included Rhine cruise passing hilltop castles and vineyards before driving to Frankfurt. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner) Hotel: Courtyard by Marriott Messe

Day 6 - Frankfurt – Prague (2 nights)
First stop today is medieval Nuremberg. Then we cross into the Czech Republic and on to Prague. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner) Hotel: Duo

Day 7 - Prague sightseeing and at leisure
On our sightseeing tour we visit inside Prague Castle, which is the largest medieval castle complex in Europe, and we have an included visit to the Prague Toy Museum which is located in the Old Count’s Chambers and is the second largest museum of this kind in the world. We will see toys from all over the world ranging from ancient Greek toys to the latest Barbie dolls! Then we see the unusual clock in the old town square and have free time to explore further. (Buffet breakfast)

Day 8 - Prague – Munich
Today we go back to Germany , stopping in Regensburg which is on the River Danube before arriving in the city of Munich which is the capital of Bavaria. In the main square we see the Glockenspiel which is the most incredible clock which has figures which perform twice every day! (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)Hotel: Holiday Inn Munich South

Day 9 - Munich – Venice (2 nights)
We drive south towards the mountains today and have an amazing drive to Austria and stop in Innsbruck which is surrounded by a really popular ski area. Another really scenic drive takes us through the Brenner Pass into Italy! Here we drive down a valley until we reach the flat plains and then make our way to Venice, the city built in a lagoon. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner) Hotel: Park Hotel Villa Fiorita

Day 10 - Venice orientation and at leisure
We leave the coach behind as we explore Venice on a cruise which takes us through the canals to St. Mark’s Square and we see the Doge’s Palace where the Venetian rulers once lived. Then we watch a demonstration of the ancient art of glass blowing before we have time to explore through all the amazing narrow alley ways and over the bridges and canals. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)

Day 11 - Venice – Lake Lucerne (2 nights)
We cross over northern Italy to make our way to Switzerland. First we see Lake Como before we cross the border and start to make our way to the St. Gotthard route which takes us right through the mountains with the most incredible views of waterfalls and mountain peaks. Then we see the chalets on the steep hillsides as we make our way to the region of Lake Lucerne. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)Hotel: Landhaus Giswil

Day 12 - Lake Lucerne at leisure
Today we can take an optional excursion to the top of Mount Titlis in Engelberg. We start by going in small cable cars, which seat just four people, and take us up over the alpine pastures, then we get into a huge revolving cable car which takes us to the top with the most amazing views of glaciers on the way! Then we can go inside a glacier in the ice tunnel and we get the chance to go on to the snow and have a snowball fight!! We can stay up at the top and have lunch if we wish, and later in the afternoon we have time to go into Lucerne to see the covered wooden bridge, the sad Lion Monument, and to do some shopping for watches and chocolate. (Buffet breakfast / Dinner)

Day 13 - Lake Lucerne – Paris (2 nights)
We travel through Basel to France where we skirt the Vosges Mountains on our way into Burgundy. We pass charming French villages and castles and acres of vineyards as we travel to the French capital – the elegant and exciting city of Paris! Maybe tonight, take the opportunity to see Paris for the first time with all its glittering illuminations. (Buffet breakfast)Hotel: Home Business Paris Grande Bibliothèque

Day 14 - Paris sightseeing
Our Paris guided tour shows us all the main sights including the Champs Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe. Then we go to the Eiffel Tower and have an included ticket which takes us up to the second level where we have the most incredible views over Paris, and we can pick out all the major monuments we have seen on our tour. The rest of the day is free to maybe take a cruise on the River Seine and watch Paris go by. Alternatively, you could travel outside of Paris to see the most extravagant of all the palaces in history, Versailles, which was built for Louis XIV over 350 years ago!  (Buffet breakfast)

Day 15 - Paris – USA 
This morning after breakfast, it is time to say ‘au revoir’ to Paris, your Tour Director and your new-found friends as our European tour comes to an end. There is a transfer provided which arrives at Charles de Gaulle Airport at 08:00am, conditions apply. (Buffet breakfast)
