Day 1 - Buenos Aires, Argentina

You’ll be met by your personal guide upon arrival at the airport and escorted by private car to the deluxe Sheraton Hotel, located in the heart of the city with great views over Buenos Aires and the Rio de la Plata. After lunch, your car and driver will take you to Las Nazarenas Restaurant for a delightful lunch of Argentine fare.

Then join your personal guide to explore the myriad charms of this sophisticated, multi-cultural capital. Drive through the elegant Plaza de Mayo, surrounded by the Casa Rosada (Government House) where Evita addressed an adoring crowd. You’ll see the imposing façade of the Teatro Colon, one of the world’s premier opera houses and continue through Palermo, with its lovely parks. Visit San Telmo, a well preserved historic neighborhood, and La Boca, the colorful district where the Tango originated. Meals L

Day 2 - Buenos Aires

Enjoy this day at leisure to explore, shop, and relax as you wish. This evening, we’ll take you to the historic Esquina Carlos Gandel. Here in this elegant, Art Nouveau styled restaurant, you’ll enjoy a fine dinner and lively Tango show. Meals B,D

Day 3 - Buenos Aires

A free day to enjoy at your own pace. A full-day excursion to the Estancia Santa Susana for a Gaucho Fiesta is available. This exciting day includes a tour through the Spanish-colonial style main house (now a museum), an authentic Argentine barbecue, and a folklore show of music and dance. Meals B

Day 4 - Buenos Aires / Montevideo, Uruguay / Colonia del Sacramento

Your private car and driver will bring you to the port this morning for the 2-1/2 hour ferry boat ride to Montevideo, the charming capital of Uruguay. With your private guide, you’ll explore this city of parks, wide avenues, and fine Colonial architecture overlooking the South Atlantic. Then continue on to Colonia del Sacramento and check-in to the beautiful Sheraton Colonia Golf & Spa Resort. Meals B

Day 5 - Colonia del Sacramento#WSH#, Uruguay

Your privately guided sightseeing tour explores the rich Portuguese and Spanish heritage of this historic city. See Fernando Beach, drive along the coast, and explore the historic quarter of Real de San Carlos. Meals B

Day 6 - Colonial del Sacramento
