Question: How many suitcases can I take with me on my trip?
Question: Is Airfare Included in the Price?
I traveled solo and paid a large single supplement. Much more than other toy companies. In many cases my room was so much smaller than other peoples and didn't have the same views that they did. One of our hotels and opah Tia did not have phone service and their blooms were old and a little dirty. Again I paid $1600 more than other people and should not have had to deal with this. A note about our twin guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job of keeping us on track. However he had a very bad attitude towards me. There was one day that I asked him what we should do in a certain country and he said well you can jump out of a plane quote. This was extremely disrespectful and he never answered my question. He talked mostly about himself and did not try to encourage togetherness of the group. Fortunately for us the group did that on their own. I was thrilled The trip and the itinerary and had an absolutely fabulous time but was extremely disappointed with the guide. I have never had a guide Who made me feel the way that he did. Please understand though that other people really liked him so I really do think that this was something personal.
Loved th Gate 1 Dalmatian Isles, Croatia, Slovenia land tour. Was able to swim in Adriatic multiple times. Apparently a discovery tour means fewer people (21 of us) which allowed all to have lots of space on bus. I traveled alone but was never lonely. Marina our tour director took great care of us and Mario our bus driver calm and careful. Exceptional green lush scenery. Skipped an optional tour in Opatija as day before very long 6 hours on bus. Instead walked to a charming fishing village Voloskova with the other couple who also decided to stay in town. Only disappointment was Plitvice national park as I had high expectations. Problem was I had to look at my feet the whole time walking as uneven and difficult paths, plus crowded. Some felt hotel in Opatija could have been better but I had a small balcony with sea view so can't complain. Fabulous trip!
