Premium Vacations on Oceania Cruises

Right now, AffordableTours.com is offering some special deals with one of our partners, Oceania Cruises. Founded in 2002, Oceania is the world’s largest upper premium cruise line, and became so by consistently offering the kind of high quality service and experience people have the right to expect from high-end cruise vacationing.

Oceania Cruises has a number of offerings for 2014 if you’d like to take a premium cruise this year including a 180-Day World Cruise!

New Caribbean Voyages

As part of their 2014 itinerary, Oceania has announced three new voyages to the Caribbean this fall. The vacations are of different lengths and explore different areas of the Caribbean.

The “Enchanting Islands” voyage is a 15-day cruise departing from New York City on October 17. The cruise will stop in Bermuda for two days before heading to the Caribbean. During the remainder of the trip, the ship will call on St. Barts, St. Lucia, Grenada, Isla Margarita, Aruba, Santa Marta, and Key West. The ship will then dock in Miami to end the voyage.

The “Mayan Mystique” voyage is a 10-day cruise. This cruise sails through the western Caribbean, including important locations in Mexico and Central America. The ship departs from Miami, sailing to Costa Maya, Roatan, Santo Tomas, Belize City, Cozumel, George Town, and Key West, before returning to dock in Miami. The destinations on this cruise allow for a rich diversity of experiences: the beaches of the coastal towns, the jungle areas more inland, and the artifacts of Mayan culture. This cruise departs November 1.

Traveling the Tropics” is a 12-day voyage from Miami to San Juan. In between, the cruise travels to Dominica, Barbados, Grenada, and St. Kitts. This Caribbean sojourn will make evening stops in St. Maarten, St. Barts, Antigua, Martinique, and Tortola. The voyage departs November 11.

The 180-Day World Odyssey

Last year, Oceania launched the first 180-Day World Odyssey: A six-month, around-the-world cruise that was the first of its kind. Thanks to the popularity and feedback from the first World Odyssey, Oceania has announced a repeat voyage for the 2015 season, and it’s one of the more exciting events on the cruise year’s calendar. The Insignia, a newly refurbished ship in Oceania’s fleet, will take 684 passengers on a 180-day journey around the world. The cruise will embark in summer, and the itinerary has already been set, including 100 ports of call and sixteen overnight stays in the major ports of the world.

It’s a particularly unique treat for those cruisegoers who have the time and inclination to see the world, but if you’re one of them, act today: The first cruise sold out in eight hours, and while the second is still on sale, you can save a great deal of money by booking early.
