I had an amazing time with my 13 year old son, his friends, and their parents on the 7 night Western Caribbean cruise with Royal Caribbean on Liberty of the Seas.

We first docked at Roatan, Honduras, where we relaxed at the white sand beaches, took a guided snorkeling tour through the second largest coral reef in the world, and visited an iguana preserve, all in a single excursion.

Snorkeling along the Roatan Barrier reef and feeding the iguanas around our feet put us in the middle of Honduras’s wildlife.

As we awoke upon the second port day in Costa Maya, Mexico, we looked forward to our Segway tour. The scenic view gave us a glimpse of the beautiful port of Costa Maya. We were also given the opportunity to swim and explore the merchant filled coast line of the port.

The cruise ended with an adventure-filled day at Cozumel, Mexico’s Xcaret.  This aquatic Disneyland is complete with lazy rivers, snorkeling pools, tropical birds, marine life, jaguars, beaches, cultural shows, and much more.

With multiple exciting activities scheduled every hour on the ship, we were always entertained and never bored. Water slides, sports competitions, parades, dancing, comedy, concerts, ice skating, shopping, bingo…the list goes on and on. The amazing food and service tied together this incredible experience.

7 night Western Caribbean Cruise with Royal Caribbean is an excellent cruise for any family looking for a vacation with never a dull moment.
