My step dad and I decided to do the Canyon Country Adventure with Globus because we enjoy camping and outdoor activities. We started the trip with the Globus director Sven giving introductions in Scottsdale. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire trip.
We started out with a jeep tour in Scottsdale, where my step dad has family, but in the past, he never slowed down and took his time to enjoy all the sights and beautiful scenery Globus allowed us to view. The guide on the jeep tour was able to point out exciting views and recommended local food, like Rattle snake sausage, buffalo meat and cactus fries, which were incredibly delicious, and we enjoyed them immensely after the jeep tour.
When we arrived to the Grand Canyon, there was a music concert that was performing its last show. Per the Globus director’s suggestion, I attended, and it was a perfect end to the first night in the Grand Canyon.
I was also very grateful to the director’s suggestions pertaining to which hiking trails we should take during our trip to the 3 National parks we visited. I was able to see a waterfall in Zion canyon due to the expert knowledge of our travel director, Sven.
Our stop in Lake Powel to see Antelope Canyon and Sloth Canyon was a huge highlight, as it was mostly sandy and just a different type of canyon than the others included on this trip. The Navajo Indian guide was extremely helpful, making sure we didn’t miss a thing and got excellent pictures!
The whole trip was unforgettable, and a complete blast, due to the Globus professionalism. They made sure we had a wonderful trip. All the hardships and burdens of planning a trip on your own were eliminated by Globus. When we had our own option for meals, Sven the tour director knew where the best restaurants to visit were, making it incredibly easy and satisfying to venture out and explore these destinations, as well as the culture they offered.

This fantastic experience concluded with the optional Black Canyon raft trip up the Colorado River. After seeing the Grand Canyon, Zion Canyon and Brice Canyon, we were already impressed. Black Canyon was just the icing on the amazing Canyon cake this trip offered. On our drive back to Vegas concluding the Black Canyon river tour, the driver stopped for us to get an up close view of the big horn sheep we had only seen from a far during the trip. This was a major bonus due to our expert guide provided by Globus.
On our Canyon Country Adventure with Globus tour, we saw so much of the Earth’s nature and beautiful scenery, and enjoyed every minute of it. We will definitely return to this area again, with Globus, to see more and more of what these lovely canyons have to offer.
