This summer I enjoyed the 9 night Bermuda & Caribbean cruise with Royal Caribbean, from Cape Liberty, NJ on Anthem of the Seas.
Embarkation was quick and smooth, and the luggage was at the cabin door as soon as I got there. First day was spent exploring the ship, getting to know our dining options and all the fun things to do.
Continue readingI am what Royal Caribbean refers to as “Loyal to Royal”, which means my preferred cruise line is Royal Caribbean, and I am frequently on their ships. I must say, though, this cruise was my absolute best experience ever with Royal Caribbean! The ports, service, food, and amenities were outstanding, and I am strongly considering re-visiting this same ship and itinerary.
Three co-workers embarked on Holland America’s Nieuw Amsterdam for a 7 day Eastern Caribbean cruise. That’s not the first line of a well-worn joke, but the beginning of an amazing familiarization trip. Not only did we spend time getting to know each other, but we also got to learn about the Holland America brand.
This summer, my parents, children, and I cruised along the Eastern Caribbean with MSC Cruises aboard their brand new ship, the Seaside. I was a little nervous about trying out a European cruise line, because I didn’t know if the service and other quality standards would be up to par with our American criterion, but we were so pleasantly surprised!
