The first day on our Land of the Incas with Trafalgar tour, we went on a Lima tour, seeing sites and learning the local history. Later that night, we went to a wonderful dinner and folklore show. The performers were amazing. I happened to be one of the guests selected to go on stage and dance with the performers!
My family has always wanted to visit Ireland to know our heritage better. We chose Focus on Ireland with Insight Vacations for a number of reasons. Greece has been one of my bucket list destinations for a very long time. My trip to Greece on the Greek Island Hopper with Trafalgar tour, started with our arrival in Athens, Greece. There we stayed in the Radisson Blu Park hotel for three nights. I flew in a day early to get used to the time change and explore more of the city. The weather was so hot but nothing kept us from going out. Some tips you should know before traveling to Greece is to bring a hat, sunblock, light clothes, comfortable shoes, and water bottles. Our hotel was a 30-minute walk to the Athens Plaka shopping center, and approximately 20 minutes to the flea market, but you could use a taxi if you’d like.
Highlights of Spain with Insight is a wonderful guided vacation that maybe should be called the Wondrous Art, Culture and History of Spain. Wonder is indeed the feeling after experiencing all the amazing sights and having the opportunity to learn about this complex and intriguing culture. It was a unique experience, made even more wonderful by traveling in style with Insight Vacations.
I can’t say enough good things about the Highlights of Vietnam with Trafalgar. This tour will be remembered as one of my favorite vacations ever. The tour was 12 days of cultural discovery, great food, beautiful beaches, lovely humble people and fun. Every hotel on this itinerary was top notch and centrally located.
