Portugal has always been on my bucket list for a very long time for its unique mix of old-world traditions – rich history, some of the best Portuguese cuisines and port wines from Duoro valley, historic monasteries, Douro River, palaces and castles. I could not have picked any other company to travel with than Tauck Tours. Tauck is one of the most luxurious company out there that is all inclusive, stays at 5 star boutique hotels, luxurious stops on trips, out of this world cuisines, excellent service, no extra cost on any optional excursions and my favorite slow paced tour that caters mainly to seniors. I can tell you that I am nowhere close to being a senior but it was nice to be treated like a VIP on a Tauck tour. Portugal with Tauck really delivered above and beyond my expectations.

Review: Costa Rica- Pura Vida With Tauck

I love Costa Rica. I have now been there 5 times and I love it more each time I go and see and experience all the beauty Costa Rica has to offer.

This time, I went as a solo traveler with Tauck Earth Journeys. This is my 2nd Tauck tour that I went solo on and had wonderful time on both of them. The group tour experience is great for single travelers.

The tour was called Costa Rica- Pura Vida with Tauck which is the country’s motto and is used the same way as Aloha in Hawaii.

Costa Rica With Tauck Bridges

I have just returned from Costa Rica with Tauck Bridges tour with my son, Rod, his wife Sara, and my two grandchildren Billy, 10 and Chloe 7. In Costa Rica, there are only two seasons, rainy and less rainy. Our vacation was in July, and yes, it rained every day. Despite that, it was a great trip, and we quickly got used to doing activities in the rain. When we went to Tortuguero, it rained all day long. This ruined our planned excursions to look for wildlife, but we enjoyed the boat ride in the rain.
