Wow! I just knew this Antarctica expedition cruise with Ponant was going to be the trip of a lifetime filled with surprises and wonders I couldn’t even imagine or anticipate, and boy was I right! This was my first expedition cruise and it will not be my last.
Alaska is one of the most breathtaking natural wonders I’ve experienced. Sailing roundtrip from Seattle on the 7 Day Alaskan Explorer cruise with Holland America Line on the beautiful Eurodam was the best choice for my first Alaska cruise. As I pour over the dozens of photos I am so moved by the majesty of our 49th state.
Rome, check! Amalfi Coast and Positano, check! Florence, and the Tuscan countryside, check! Venice, check! Wow, Italian Concerto with Trafalgar tour allowed me to experience so many bucket list destinations it was incredible! I was so happy with the entire itinerary and would jump at the chance to do this exact same tour again.
I live in Houston, Texas so when I first contemplated a getaway from the August heat, I wanted somewhere cool and somewhere I’d never been before. I specialize in and typically take cruises on most of my vacations. I’ve never been on an escorted tour before, so when I decided to try it out. I wanted one that would be easy to get to, with visits to cities not terribly far from each other, as I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about traveling by bus every day. When I found Trafalgar’s Canada’s Rockies, it was the perfect fit. I got to escape 100 degree heat and enjoy summertime outdoors in beautiful 60 degree weather, with breathtaking scenery. Outstanding!
