Greek Island Hopper With Trafalgar

Visiting Greece and its islands has been on my bucket list. This summer, I was fortunate enough to cross that off by touring on the Greek Island Hopper with Trafalgar. This tour was right up my alley since it is at leisure pace, which allows for longer stays in each city and plenty of time on your own. The tour consisted of 2 nights in Athens, 3 in Mykonos, 3 in Santorini, and 1 last night back at Athens. I enjoyed that Trafalgar took care of all the logistics and included some meals while allowing us to explore local cuisines on our own.

Greece has been one of my bucket list destinations for a very long time. My trip to Greece on the Greek Island Hopper with Trafalgar tour, started with our arrival in Athens, Greece. There we stayed in the Radisson Blu Park hotel for three nights. I flew in a day early to get used to the time change and explore more of the city. The weather was so hot but nothing kept us from going out. Some tips you should know before traveling to Greece is to bring a hat, sunblock, light clothes, comfortable shoes, and water bottles. Our hotel was a 30-minute walk to the Athens Plaka shopping center, and approximately 20 minutes to the flea market, but you could use a taxi if you’d like.
