My family has always wanted to visit Ireland to know our heritage better. We chose Focus on Ireland with Insight Vacations for a number of reasons. First, the extra legroom on the luxury motor coach would provide more comfort for my parents. Also, the itinerary hits much of southern Irelandâs biggest highlights within 7 days with many Relaxed Starts. Relaxed Starts are mornings where you donât have to wake up extra early in the morning.

My wife Susan and I went on a great new trip titled From Ireland’s Ancient East to the Wild Atlantic Way by Globus.
We arrived two days early so that we could have more walking-around time in Dublin’s city center. We were able to visit the National Gallery of Ireland, spent an evening in the Temple Bar area, had dinner at The Farm (a farm-to-table restaurant), and enjoyed High Tea at The Shelbourne.

When I retired from teaching 14 ½ years ago, I went to Ireland with a group of friends. We rented a house outside of Galway for 2 weeks. I said then, that I hoped to return to Ireland someday, which I finally did this summer.
I took the trip called the Best of Ireland with Trafalgar. This trip is quite different from my first one because it was organized and fully escorted. You see more and learn more about the country on a fully escorted trip.
