1. How do I use my Future Cruise Credit?
   To redeem a Future Cruise Credit, simply let us know that you have the credit and we will work with you to confirm the amount and get it applied. Please note: some Future Cruise Credits can be applied towards your deposit, while others are applied as a discount off your cruise which will require you to pay a standard deposit to be confirmed. We can confirm this for you at the time of booking. 2. How do I know how much Future Cruise Credit I have available to me?
   If you are unsure exactly how much Cruise Credit you have left, you can call any of our Travel Consultants and we can find the amount you have to use on your future cruise. 
   
   
3. Will my Future Cruise Credit ever expire?
   Yes, your credit does expire. The expiration date of your cruise credit has many different factors; which cruise operator your cruise was booked with, when you booked your cruise, and when the cruise was canceled. It is very important to know the expiration date of your Future Cruise Credit, you don’t want to lose your money. 4. What if my Future Cruise Credit is more than my new booking?
   If you still have credit leftover you can use it for an upgrade, or it may be able to be converted to another Future Cruise Credit with the same expiration date, depending on the cruise operator. A few cruise operators will allow you to use the Future Cruise Credits towards more than just the cruise fare.  Please contact us at 1-800-627-3753
   
   
5. What happens if I do not use my Future Cruise Credit before it expires?
   If you do not use your Future Cruise Credit before it expires you will lose your credit and it will not be converted to cash.
   
   
6. If I can not travel, may I move or transfer my Cruise Credit to someone else?
   Most operators do not allow you to move or transfer the Cruise Credit to someone else, but rare exceptions may be made.
   
   
7. If my previous booking had a promotion and/or discount, will that carry forward to my new booking with my credit?
   The Future Cruise Credits do not protect the pricing and promotions, but our Travel Consultants will work with you to find the best pricing and promotions for your next cruise.  Our AffordableTours.com price guarantee still applies for cruises paid with Future Cruise Credits as long as it is before the final payment.
   
   
8. What if I was given a Coupon Discount instead of Future Cruise Credits?
   Some of the cruise operators offered a coupon discount for rebooking after an operator cancellation instead of Future Cruise Credits.  Let your Travel Consultant know as these can be applied once a new reservation is held.
   
   
9. What if I have to cancel my new booking, will I lose my Future Cruise Credit?
   In many cases, a future cruise credit can be applied to a different cruise within the same cruise company, as long as it is before the Future Cruise Credit expiration date. Please contact one of our Consultants to verify the details for that cruise line.
   
   
10. Can I use my Future Cruise Credit on more than one cruise if I have credit left over?
    Leftover Cruise Credits can be used towards another cruise, in most cases. However, the expiration date of the Future Cruise Credits will not be extended.
