Everything went off great. The only down was it was to be a surprise for my husband and an e-mail was sent to him about our dinner time. I was not happy about that. Told them when I book it was a surprise. But we had a great time and are looking at another cruise in October this year.

Our agent was beyond amazing - from start to finish !!! I had never used Affordable Tours before - but now - will never use anyone else !!! My vacation and accommodations were PERFECT in every way !!!

This was our first cruise and we will go again. We loved the atmosphere on the ship. Your staff are amazing. I can't say enough good things about them. The servers are prompt, attentive and entertaining.

The service with Carnival was wonderful. The buffet still does not meet with expectations but dining room fare was good. I'll travel on the Spirit again.

Carnival provided a wonderful trip for the cost. We had the early dinner and the staff really had to hurry, I would recommend that an additional 30 minutes by adjusting the times 5:45 and 8:45. This would help the staff and make the early dinner much more enjoyable.

Wonderful cruise. Food was incredible and always there to enjoy. Crew was helpful and always happy. Loved the trivia and Karaoke.

The cruise was very nice. The weather was a little unpredictable and led to some rough seas and cold, rainy days. Some of the excursions got cancelled, and we didn't see as much wildlife as we expected. The natural beauty of Alaska is amazing, though.

This 4 day cruise is perfect for just a short get away from routine and demands. Cozumel is a terrific place to visit and spend a day. We always go to Chanknaub park to be on the beach, snorkel, get a massage and eat at the beach restaurant with our waiter.

Trena is a great agent, fast, responsive, and accurate every time.

We had a FUNTASTIC time. For the price we paid, we were treated far better than what we deserved. The staff treated us like Kings and Queens; often going out of their way to bless us. It was a wonderful family vacation!

Susan checked on my trip periodically before the departure date and she discovered that I had mistakenly purchased a second travel insurance policy. After notifying me, she was able to cancel the additional purchase. She was always available to answer any questions and she graciously made last-minute transportation arrangements for my family. Susan was always courteous, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to talk with. Her friendly demeanor made it a pleasure to work with her.

From the first day of travel, the atmosphere and service was above average. We enjoyed the hospitality and plan to book another cruise in 2020.

The itinerary was exactly what I expected. Accommodations met my our expectations as well.

We had a great 50th Anniversary cruise with our family. The staff was wonderful...even though we were in an open seating dining room and did not have the same waiters every night, they asked our names and remembered them! Five stars for ALL the staff. The evening stage performances were not as high tier as other cruise lines. The kids, ages 7 to 16 loved the kids clubs and did not want to leave.

We get the best and most professional help and out expectations have always been met.

It was a very beautiful experience and this was my first cruise but I decently going back next year and I will use this same website to book because the agents are so nice and friendly and always there to answer any questions you have.

Our housekeeper Abigale was friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean and I am very particular.

Excellent trip no regrets!

Levon was amazing and did a fantastic job at getting us the best deal for our money. Not only was we able to upgrade to a balcony room with nothing blocking our view but she was able to get us that cabin for less money than we originally was quoted. Therefore I was very pleased with her services and would refer anyone to her!!

When we booked our trip, we requested early dinning, but could only get late dinning. Carnival did nothing to accommodate this request. We finally figured out that if you come a half hour after the early dinning starts, they will seat you if there are "no shows". But we had to figure that out. Carnival Management did not tell us this. We had our 4 and 6 year old grandkids with us, so early dinning was important to us. The staff was very polite, the management sucks.
