Celebrity cruises are the best!

So happy, I already visited the Futures Cruise team onboard and have reserved an open - ended cruise.

The trip was wonderful. This is certainly the time to cruise and I felt safe on the Celebrity Reflection. One of the best cruises ever.

Celebrity never disappoints! Top notch service, classy ship decor, great amenities. Love it!! We sailed on Reflection this time.

We had a great time and Celebrity Cruise Line (Reflection), as usual, took good care of us. With the pressing potential problems of COVID-19, the staff went out of their way to take the necessary precautions. We felt safe, but whether we are or not is yet to be seen. 

A beautiful ship with excellent staff. Regular staterooms rooms with a balcony were spacious. Gourmet food all around, even in the buffet.

We had an awesome vacation on board the Celebrity Reflection. We visited five ports of call and booked excursions at each port. We really enjoyed the cruise and all of the ports and learned new things about each island we visited. We booked Aqua Class cabins and although the cabins in Aqua Class were the same size as other cabins on Celebrity that we have booked, we enjoyed the Blu Restaurant that was used exclusively for breakfast and dinner by Aqua Class guests. We have cruised with Celebrity about 5 times and each time we are amazed by the hard working, friendly and competent staff on the Celebrity cruise ships. We will definitely choose Celebrity for our next cruise vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Mediterranean cruise. We were happy with the ship, the service onboard, and the port stops. We felt we got good value for what we paid, and were very happy with monetary perks offered (prepaid gratuities, and onboard credits).

The cruise was excellent. The food and service were outstanding. There were 3 issues that could be improved. We had dinner at the Tuscan Grill one evening. Three of us ordered steaks. Two were undercooked and one was overcooked. Disappointing. The internet service was spotty and very expensive. The Celebrity website and app had serious functional problems. Overall, the cruise was fabulous, but Celebrity\s technology needs work.

AmberDee was reachable by email all the time and answer so promptly that I do not feel that there is any geographic distance between us. Thanks.

We have been on the Celebrity Reflection 5 times, and they continue to maintain their high level of attentive service to passengers. The ship is the cleanest of the fleet, and many other fleets. Celebrity Reflection is the most sought after Celebrity ship for the Crew, when returning from their time off at home.

The Celebrity Reflection was in dry dock for 10 days before we got on the ship. It is refreshing to see their newest ship, 2012, being updated. The entertainment on the ship is excellent, many varieties of the performers. Thanks also goes to Affordable Tours to include additional on board credits.

Our Celebrity cruise was wonderful in every way. The ship was absolutely beautiful, very tastefully done. The crew could not have been more accommodating. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We loved the entertainment. Celebrity provided many options to keep the guests occupied during the cruise. All in all, we loved Celebrity and this cruise.

Affordable Tours provided a great price and a GREAT cabin location recommendation. This was our 3rd cruise on Celebrity and it was the BEST.

Celebrity Cruises was the best cruise out of the three we took. The staff was extremely courteous and professional. It sure helped that we booked a suite with some additional perks. The Reflection is a huge ship, there were no crowds in any areas. The shore excursions we took were typical cruise excursions with OK sightseeing and average food offerings.

The ship was gorgeous. We loved our stateroom. The itinerary was interesting. They handled crowds well at check in/out and at shore excursion time. The shows were mediocre. We felt like we were "nickle and dimed" because all the restaurants except the main dining room and the buffet and hamburger stand cost extra. I think there were at least 6 that cost extra. Also they had a gelato bar and a dessert bar that cost extra (7 euros for a dish of gelato). The drinking water in the mini bar was way overpriced. They charged $6 for 1 liter of water (plus an 18% tip on the water). I had called guest relations about the water and they recommended we not drink water out of the tap, so we felt we had no choice but to get it from the minibar, since we did not have a "drink package". Then after spending a lot on bottled water I went to a little speech on the last day of the cruise about how the ship tries to stay "green" and save energy. I learned then that there is a desalanization plant on the ship and the tap water IS safe to drink! Thank you so much for the generous gift of in room credit you sent us!!! That was so nice, and we appreciate it. My husband became ill with a bad case of bronchitis on the ship and had to see the ship doctor. We contacted the insurance company, and they have been helpful. They told us to ask our own insurance to pay and if they refuse, their insurance should pay for it

We enjoyed our cruise on the new ship Celebrity Reflection. It is a beautiful ship as well as brand new which made our stay very enjoyable. The service, entertainment as well as the shows were awesome. We had a great time!
