The ASCENT is a beautiful ship. We have sailed on many Celebrity ships (EDGE, Summit, Equinox, Solstice, Silhouette, Reflection). One of the recurring comments I heard from fellow cruisers (those who had sailed a lot on other lines) was their surprise at how active and accessible the captain was. The captain, played Volleyball, participated in Liars Club, walked amongst the ship and was very personable. The food was phenomenal - prime rib, duck, sea bass, and even filet mignon. The employees in the shops and the iLounge were extremely helpful. IN short, if you have a bad vacation on the ASCENT, it's your own fault.

Alex Lowrie was helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. We had never used a travel agency prior to our interaction with Affordable Tours. We were pleasantly surprised and pleased with the service provided.

The Celebrity Apex is beautiful, and as always, all of the staff members are friendly and helpful. Lots of great activities and food.

Highly recommend this trip for your clients. Our Travel Consultant, made the trip so easy to manuever.

The trip to Japan was excellent and well organized

The trip was an Ocean cruise to Canada from/to Boston on Celebrity. The ship was a little dated, but the itinerary was great.

Celebrity Ascent was a fabulous ship and Port Itinerary. As first time cruisers we were not disappointed. Exceeded our expectations!

Aqua Class was amazing, I can’t rave enough about my cruise! The service and the food in the Aqua Class restaurant BLU was exceptional. My stateroom was spacious and modern and the ship and all the staff were superb! The entertainment was outstanding and the casino was clean and fun. I will book another Celebrity cruise but only AquaClass or Retreat.

The trip was amazing despite my mom having a medical emergency. Celebrity gave top notch customer service and I would absolutely book with them again.

The boarding experience was easier than expected in Athens Greece and Celebrity accommodated us on earlier check-in than scheduled. There was a change in the itinerary to another port (Kavala) but communicated well with us so no surprises. The select anytime dinning worked well which kept us from having to rush based on our shore excursions length. Guest services was very helpful in re-booking several shore excursions as some were too strenuous due to the heat and steep walking required for Greece and Turkey shore excursions. The food was good but nothing special. However, the service was excellent in the dining room with a great wait staff! We booked a special dining experience for one night in the Tuscan Grille which was disappointing for the extra price we paid!! The service was very good, but the food was just OK, nothing exceptional. If you wanted to order a premium steak you had to pay extra which we opted out on doing.

Celebrity Reflection is a beautiful ship with a very helpful and friendly staff

Our cruise to Bermuda was wonderful! Perfect way to spend a vacation with 3 generations of family!

My husband and I were very happy with our vacation! All details were ironed out before we left and there was nothing left to do but enjoy our cruise! We would definitely recommend Affordable Tours and especially our travel consultant to family and friends!

Our cabin was right under the oceanview cafe it was very loud and annoying especially when trying to sleep.

Overall, we didn't like Celebrity as much as Princess (at least as it existed pre-COVID). Celebrity didn't give us a heads up email when shore excursions opened, so by the time we looked at them many were sold out. Actually enjoyed some self guided shore tours better then ones we signed up for. We also thought the entertainment was superior on Princess, but we only attended a show one night and heard that some of the others were better. The food was very good. We were surprised to find escargot on the menu. Went to many of the specialty dinners and really enjoyed Murano and the unique and original Magical Petite Chef dinner which incorporated a video presented show with your food. Also really enjoyed the Chefs Table dinner (but it was at quite a premium). Did not like the long stays in the Theater as shore groups were being called, but again that may have been because many of the excursions we purchased to last come. Took the cruise because it when to the locations we wanted to visit. Overall, very enjoyable.

Trip was perfect and when our flight got canceled, Celebrity was already booking another flight to get us to the ship.

We are back from our cruise on Celebrity Apex ship, state ROOM 6114. We had a good time. The service was really great, with a fantastic crew and wonderful food and drink. Only négative, noise part of ship for our stateroom. We both would like to Thank you for your incredible service. You went above and beyond to help us out. We greatly appreciate it. Can we put on a good word to your supérior? Keep doing what you are doing Because you are really good at it! Best wishes from both of us!

The Celebrity Edge is a beautiful ship. Our room was spacious and kept very clean. The excursions in New Zealand were perfect. What a beautiful country.

Our 13 days stay in the Celebrity Millennium was very worth it; relaxing and enriching at the same time. Keep up the good work.

Celebrity cruises are the best!

First time on Celebrity. Ship design was very good, service throughout the ship was very good, food very good in the main dining room and speciality dining rooms. What I missed the most were any kind of port lectures/discussions. There was a bit on the Celebrity Channel on the tv but given the number of sea days, there was easily time and space for such programs. The descriptions of the shore excursions where not printed out and the app didn't work well so to switch to another shore excursion or add one without the details of the shore excursion was frustrating. There were issues with tendering because all shore excursions came back at the same time. These could easily have been staggered. Also, one knows many people will be coming back to a ship near the time of the end of the time in a port, so to have tenders ready for a large number of people should be the norm... and it wasn't.

The ship was a bit larger then what we like. Celebrity is becoming a comparative to Carnival. Everything was geared to have you spend more money.

We traveled with Celebrity Cruises to the Caribbean. Celebrity is a top notch cruise line and the service was excellent. The entertainment was beyond what we expected and the dining at the Luminae was excellent. We enjoyed the time on the ship as much if not more than the excursions.

The Celebrity ship, Beyond, is gorgeous. Our Retreat crew members were exceptional, being some of the best we have ever had! We are just not Caribbean people, but Celebrity in Europe suits us perfectly!

We really enjoyed our cruise around southern Japan with Celebrity. The food was amazing and beautifully presented. The cruise staff were efficient, friendly and hospitable. They remembered our favorite dishes and drinks before we even asked for them. The room was spacious enough and in the center of the ship so we had easy assess to all the services. Our waiter remembered us from a previous cruise and provided exceptional service. The excursions provided a good view of the locations we visited but some of the tour guides did not speak English well and did not use whispers to help. Guide in South Korea tour was exceptional and really enjoyed her excursion. The excursions are often over 36 people so there is little opportunity to converse with the guides. I would highly recommend this cruise to friends and family.

Excellent port itinerary with diverse and interesting excursion options!

This was a perfect cruise for our family of 4. The ship was huge and had lots of things to do and lots of entertainment. The food was very good and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful all the time. My husband and I do prefer to sail on smaller ships but this was very nice too.

There is no cruise like an Alaskan cruise. And Celebrity did a great job. Destinations and shore excursions were exactly what we wanted. Staff was incredibly friendly.

I had a wonderful cruise.

The trip through the Panama Canal was fantastic. They had a lecturer on board that had been through the canal a number of times, and gave very good presentations as to what to expect. He also had a lecture each morning on what to expect at each stopping port. On past cruises we normally did not sit through these types of lectures, but in this case, it made our cruise much more enjoyable. We were first time suite members and all personnel involved were exceptional. The dining experience was excellent with artfully prepared food and service. The Beutler room attendant were always around and did whatever they could to make her stay more enjoyable. Going through the canal as a suite guest allowed us to be at the top of the ship during the passage through the canal. This gave us an excellent vantage point. We took a tour at Coland which showed us the new canal and the old canal this tour gave us a look at what was going to happen the following day we would strongly suggest this for anyone going on this itinerary.

Celebrity consistently provides comfortable accommodations and services as described on their website. The Staff is great; always cheerful and willing to please.

We had a wonderful time during this cruise. We enjoyed the onboard activities as well as the shore excursions offered.

It was nice to be on Celebrity again. The staff and service were wonderful. Any concern was taken care of promptly. The all inclusive package made it nice to text home, or grab a cocktail or coffee without worrying about expenses piling up for the end of your cruise.

We absolutely loved Celebrity Eclipse. The staff were wonderful and very professional. The onboard entertainment was very good.

Wonderful first class tour of the Galapagos Islands. Everything was well organized by Celebrity.

Celebrity is a phenomenal cruise line. This is my 6th cruise of the Solstice series (Reflection, Equinox, Silhouette). The service on these ships is impeccable, the cleanliness is top notch, the food fabulous and the entertainment - first rate. After a Celebrity cruise vacation, you don't need another vacation to recover from your vacation.

Celebrity is my favorite cruise line. Good value for the money. I like the variety of ships offered. Staff is always great and very accommodating.

Friendly, attentive service with a delightful on boat and on shore experience.
