Usually, everyone should have at least their shoulders and knees covered. This isn't strictly enforced but is what's seen as most appropriate. When you enter, you'll be given shoe coverings you must wear while visiting.

  The Burj Khalifa is a 163-floor skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is the tallest skyscraper in the world, standing at 2,722 feet! It was built in 2009 and is an architectural marvel; it indeed looks like something futuristic.
