“Always Included” Pricing Packages apply to sailings booked and departing on or after November 17, 2020, excluding Galapagos cruises, in an inside, ocean view, veranda, Concierge Class, or AquaClass® stateroom (“Eligible Bookings”). All guests in an Eligible Booking who choose the “Always Included” pricing package will receive a Classic Beverage Package and Gratuities Included, plus an unlimited Surf Internet package for the 1st and 2nd guest.
Non-Refundable Deposit: To qualify for the lowest available cruise fare, guest must choose a non-refundable deposit. Non-refundable deposit bookings (“NRDB”) cancelled prior to final payment due date will receive a future cruise credit (“FCC”) in the amount of the deposit minus a $100 per person service fee. This FCC is non-transferable and expires 12-months from the issue date. In addition to canceled NRDB, $100 per person service fee also applies to changes to NRDB ship or sail date. NRDB are applicable to groups at prevailing rates. Not applicable to incentive, contract, or charter groups. Nonrefundable deposit offers are applicable to sailings within final payment, however full deposit is due at time of booking.
Full deposit must be paid by deposit required due date. Standard full deposit penalty is applied if the booking is cancelled within final payment period; See Celebrity’s cancellation policy for details.

Question: How can I communicate with my family and friends at home when I am on the cruise?
We were Elite and Concierge class. However, our dining arrangements were all messed up. Instead of early fixed seating at a table of 2 to a maximum of 6, near a window if possible, we were assigned late anytime seating. I spent over an hour trying to correct that on my first day aboard the ship. The second day we were assigned early seating, but were at a table for 10, center of the dining room, very noisy place. Also a horribly behaved child was next to us. Again, I spent a lot of time trying to correct it, this time going through the concierge. At last we had an ok table, but no one checked about foods I might be allergic to. I've never had my dining preferences so messed up. It was a terrible...and lasting...first impression. In addition, in the buffet, food was poorly marked. I have a lot of food allergies. I frequently didn't know what was in foods and came off the ship with a lot of rashes and not in great shape. I was glad it was only a week cruise. On another note, the entertainment onboard was only average, the benefits of having elite status were more limited than usual.... I have 3 future cruises already booked. I hope the others better live up to past experiences.

The Australia/New Zealand cruise we experienced could be provided from two perspectives - pro and con Pro - Both countries are breathtakenly beautiful. The people are friendly and always helpful. They are true in their reactions to visitor - no fake friendliness and useles words. They are eager to tell you all about their countries when you ask. Since they speak English so traveling and shopping are worries free. Con - Our 3-day stay in Australia Sydney was full of experience. Just like any other big city so there is not unique in what we saw. New Zealand are eager to show you their cultrue and history but not doing enough in providing convenient facilities to accommodate visitors. Most site we went, there were only two or two toilettes in Restroom so the line is long., long, long. You must have a good blatter to visit that country. May be they will provide more as years go by.
We booked the above cruise with AmberDee and I was so happy with her and your staff while booking this trip. We did use Celebrity Cruise lines at our request and thought it was average at best. We have been on 9 cruises but only one with Celebrity and thought it was very average at best. We loved the itinerary in Alaska and Victoria. We were disappointed with some aspects of our cruise. The service was great in some cases and below average in others. The food was disappointing after hearing from Celebrity website that they were the best at sea. This was our decision to use celebrity not Affordable Tours.
Marcie our agent did great job explaining and descriptions of cruise. My first time cruise and I will recommend to everyone such positive experience I had. Celebrty Soltise was great. Food was excellent and on board service was great.

I was extremely annoyed by the service we received in the dining room. We were set for the 8:30 seating which we were told could be changed when we got on board. The gentleman scheduling the seating was rude when we tried to change to open seating; when we did get a seat we were taken to a table with a marble divide beside us and no table companions (we wanted to share a table, that is part of our cruise experience). We were taken to the same table a few nights later and refused to be stuck there again. I repeated that we wanted to share a table and he agreed that we had said that previously so why did he proceed to seat us alone and away from others. We normally eat frequently in the dining room but this trip we did not. We also found a lack of variety in the meal options. In the cafe we found that most of the food had spices on them which we cannot handle, health wise so our choices became monotonous. We also feel that cutting out Milford Sound, Dusty Sound, etc. could have been handled in such a way that we might have been able to see a bit of the outer sound. This is our opinion and obviously don't know/understand all that was involved in the Captain's decision. There were a number of days were we felt the ship should have been able to stay in port a little longer, again we don't know all the in's and outs of these decisions.
This was one of the best cruises we have ever taken. Celebrity was at the top of their game for this one.

We loved our cruise to Alaska on the Celebrity Solstice. Our tour agent did a great job booking us with great accommodations.

We are big fans of Celebrity Cruises
We cruised with our family who had the adjoining stateroom. We were worried that the 4 of them would be cramped, but with the configuration of the room with a bunk bed which folded back up to the ceiling it was excellent. Another family I spoke to were very cramped as the tour operator had booked them into a stateroom with just a pull out bed which made it so they couldn't walk out to the balcony.
We're very satisfied. Our granddaughter was so thrilled with the trip. It was perfect!
