The Venetian Society member will receive the Referral Savings on his/her booking of choice immediately after the referred booking is validated and satisfies the requirements described above. The Referral Savings will be visible in the “Referral” tab within their My.Silversea.com portal.
- The Venetian Society member can refer up to 5 bookings, equal to four (5) different friends. Referring 2 or more bookings from the same friend is not allowed.
- The Venetian Society member can use the Referral Savings towards a booking with a sail date that is concurrent to or after the referred friends’ sailings.
- Bookings that are already paid in full are not eligible to receive the Referral Savings.
- Referral Savings must be used within 12 months of issuance of the savings. Referrer must make a booking within that time.
- Referral Savings can also be applied to bookings that have partial Future Cruise Credits.
- Referral Savings must be redeemed no later than 45 days prior to departure.
- Referral Savings are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- If the guest referred by the Venetian Society member cancels their cruise, the Venetian Society member will lose his/her benefit, unless the referred person was in full penalty, which means that they had paid the cruise in full and qualified for no refunds. - If the Venetian Society member applied the Referral Savings to one booking, but then cancels that booking, they will be able to transfer the Referral Savings a maximum of two times within 12 months.
- Venetian Society Members should not post their Venetian Society member number in public forums or social media or share their membership details for others people (who are not friends) to use. This would constitute an improper use of the Referral Promotion. This may result in the revocation of referral savings.

The Silversea Sail With Us Referral Promotion(“Referral Promotion”) is only available to Venetian Society members who refer Eligible Bookings in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Venetian Society Members will receive a referral savings amount of $500 per booking (suite), or $1,500 per booking(suite) for referring a full World Cruise or $1,000 per booking (suite) for referring a full Grand Voyage, as applicable, (“Referral Savings”), to be applied to a booking of the Venetian Society members’choice. The Venetian Society Member’s referred friends will also receive the same savings for their new referred booking. Friend referrals can be made by sharing the Venetian Society member number and full name with the friend, and the friend shall present this information at the time of booking to a Travel Advisor or Silversea Cruise Consultant. Venetian Society members can also refer online by completing the online referral form available on My.Silversea.com. Promotion also applies to single-occupancy bookings.
FRIEND’S NEW REFERRED BOOKING (Referred by Venetian Society member) (“Eligible Bookings”)
The referred booking must be from a guest who has not previously sailed with Silversea, and is a friend or family member of the Venetian Society member. The Referral Promotion is valid for new bookings only, made between 1 March, 2023 and Dec 31, 2023 (“Promotion Window”). This Referral Promotion replaces the existing Friends of Venetian Society referral incentive. To qualify for the Referral Promotion new bookings must be made within the Promotion Window andthey must be referred within 21 days of the bookingbeing created with a paid deposit, if not done at time of booking. The Referral Savings apply only to new individual full-fare bookings, and is combinable with other Silversea promotions, however, exclusions may apply. Referral Savings do not apply to Net Rates and Chartered Sailings. The referred booking must be confirmed with a paid deposit, and it cannot be on a waiting list. In the case of a Voyage-to-Voyage, the creation date of the booking refers to the creation date of the original booking. Bookings can only be referredonce and therefore cannot benefit from more than one Referral Savings. Subsequent referrals of the same booking by other Venetian Society members will not receive a Referral Savings nor will the Venetian Society member receive Referral Savings for their own booking. The referred booking cannot be one wherethe Venetian Society member referring the booking, is or will be a guest on that booking. Referral Savings cannot be applied to any booking which has been paid for, in part or in full, using a Future Cruise Certificate.
VENETIAN SOCIETY MEMBER:

Silversea reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, a change in applicable law or any other factor beyond Silversea's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this Promotion, as determined by Silversea in its sole discretion. The decision of Silversea as to the eligibility of Venetian Society members or other person to make bookings or receive discounts under the Referral program shall be final and no discussion will be entertained.

Health and Safety Protocols
Everything Silversea does, onboard and on land, is about safeguarding the guests and crew. Silversea ships provide a worry-free vacation! Here are some steps we are taking to ensure we keep you healthy. Silverseay has developed a comprehensive plan to respond to COVID-19 situations, just in case. Preparedness is key! If someone should fall ill or display symptoms while sailing, Silversea has rigorous protocols in place, including intensified cleaning, air filtration, and sanitizing procedures and medical isolation. Each ship has reviewed their inventory and are all well-equipped with supplies and personal protective equipment, such as masks and medicine.
REDUCED TRAVEL TO IMPACTED COUNTRIES
Along with a team of medical experts and guidance from health organizations, Silversea is monitoring the situation and either canceling or modifying itineraries to impacted areas.
ENHANCED BOARDING SCREENING
At the pier, all guests participate in mandatory screenings that include exclusion due to travel based on temporary restrictions and even a thermal scan to check everyone's temperature. Some guests may be subject to a secondary review. Dependent of screening results, some guests may be denied boarding to ensure Silversea is keep their ships healthy and safe.
HEIGHTENED SANITATION AT CRUISE TERMINALS
Before and after all sailings, the cruise terminal is thoroughly sanitized. And, boarding, each ship undergoes deep sanitation using industry-standard cleaners proven to combat bacteria & viruses.
ADDITIONAL SANITATION SAFEGUARDS ONBOARD SHIPS
With the guidance of the World Health Organization and U.S. Centers for Disease Control, all ships across the entire Silversea International fleet have elevated sanitation procedures. Key areas, which include public venues & restrooms, are sanitized approximately every 30 minutes.
HAND SANITIZERS EVERYWHERE
One of the best ways to stay healthy is to keep your hands clean. So, Silversea has increased the availability of hand sanitizer stations and continue to enforce hand cleansing at all food venues onboard. Hand sanitizers are effective against a broad number of pathogens, including Coronavirus COVID-19.
ENHANCED MEDICAL PROTOCOLS
Silversea has rigorous medical protocols in place to help those who aren’t feeling well, like complimentary medical consultations for guests with fever or flu-like symptoms, medical isolation when warranted, and intensified ship cleaning, air filtration, and sanitization procedures.
Guest staterooms are thoroughly cleaned twice a day. During instances that guests display flu-like symptoms, their stateroom will receive an additional deep-cleaning.
DAILY HEALTH UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENTS
During each sailing, the Captain makes two announcements each day to remind guests to wash their hands often, use recommended coughing etiquette, and to report any high fever or flu-like illness symptoms immediately.

The entire cruise experience was really beyond our expectations. The restaurants on board the Silver Dawn were exceptional. The crew at all levels were professional and accommodating. When traveling overseas one does need to be flexible as itineraries and protocols change regarding Covid regulations. We felt that Silverseas handled this issue to our satisfaction.
It was a wonderful cruise. How nice to be traveling again. Food was very good and the room was spacious. Covid protocols were in place and we didn't feel exposed.

Silversea never did provide useful and requested details of the Peru pre-cruise excursion, but it did turn out well. The only exception was that they failed to include us on the list for airport transfers to and from the day hotel in Guayaquil and said we had not paid for these transfers or the day room - which we had.
Silver Seas is better than it was 4 years ago when we left them for Seabourn. Suites are roomy and nice . They have 2 restaurants where you must pay extra for dinners, and that we did not like. Entertainment is so-so.
We were on the Silversea Cloud to Antarctica and it was a trip of a lifetime. It was our first time on Silversea and a first class experience all the way. A trip to Antarctica requires lots of flexibility in scheduling and Silversea has that down to a science. They went out of their way to make sure we experienced all we could - we saw all kinds of seals, thousands of penguins, and several whales. Our weather was perfect and our pictures are extraordinary. We highly, highly recommend a trip to Antarctica, but make sure it is on a small enough ship to allow for shore expeditions.
