The ship was gorgeous and the staff was 5 star. Their tour operation and selection missed the 5 stars.

Regent Explorer was hands down the best cruise experience I have ever had. All 5+ stars for the food to the accommodation to the crew service! A few of the excursions did slightly disappoint and we did miss one port because of an onshore fire spewing fumes at the dock point but otherwise fantastic!

Jennifer was wonderful every step of the way- so sweet and professional- and always got back to me! We had the most wonderful cruise- loved regent explorer! The shipboard credit was great I referred 2 people from the cruise to you!!!

Explorer may be best luxury ship. Poor quality of some food items. Entertainment very poor. Need to teach dancers to dance. No special lectures. Crystal much better in that area. But, overall very good.

Changed itinerary without notification - no Kiel Canal

Regent Seven Seas Explorer was great, from the staff, to the guest rooms, to the food and to the excursions. It was such an easy way to cruise as it was all inclusive.

This was our 7th trip on Regent Seven Seas and we would go again.

Seven Seas Explorer is new and beautiful ship. The international staff is, in most cases,very friendly. The itinerary is interesting. The few land tours we took are not of a high quality but about of the cruise industry average. They were included in the price of the tour, tho. The only drawback was the was something that cannot be scheduled - the weather. There were some rainy days

Could not be better!

The cruise itself was great. However, the pre cruise night at a hotel was poor. For a luxury cruise, I would rate the precruise hotel as standard or below.

Regent is a great cruise line; quality everywhere. Beautiful ship. No waiting in line for anything.
