We really enjoyed our cruise around southern Japan with Celebrity. The food was amazing and beautifully presented. The cruise staff were efficient, friendly and hospitable. They remembered our favorite dishes and drinks before we even asked for them. The room was spacious enough and in the center of the ship so we had easy assess to all the services. Our waiter remembered us from a previous cruise and provided exceptional service. The excursions provided a good view of the locations we visited but some of the tour guides did not speak English well and did not use whispers to help. Guide in South Korea tour was exceptional and really enjoyed her excursion. The excursions are often over 36 people so there is little opportunity to converse with the guides. I would highly recommend this cruise to friends and family.

There is no cruise like an Alaskan cruise. And Celebrity did a great job. Destinations and shore excursions were exactly what we wanted. Staff was incredibly friendly.

The trip through the Panama Canal was fantastic. They had a lecturer on board that had been through the canal a number of times, and gave very good presentations as to what to expect. He also had a lecture each morning on what to expect at each stopping port. On past cruises we normally did not sit through these types of lectures, but in this case, it made our cruise much more enjoyable. We were first time suite members and all personnel involved were exceptional. The dining experience was excellent with artfully prepared food and service. The Beutler room attendant were always around and did whatever they could to make her stay more enjoyable. Going through the canal as a suite guest allowed us to be at the top of the ship during the passage through the canal. This gave us an excellent vantage point. We took a tour at Coland which showed us the new canal and the old canal this tour gave us a look at what was going to happen the following day we would strongly suggest this for anyone going on this itinerary.

Cabin for Aqua class were smaller that anticipated but they were sufficient.

Basically, a great trip and good ship. Unfortunately, my cabin smelled as if it had a flood at some time, as did my son's down the hall. The steward used a special freshener several times and I kept the balcony door cracked, so I managed. Only one specialty restaurant worth booking, Tuscana, but it was quite nice. The items in the buffet restaurant hardly changed from day to day and were so so. Overlooking the restaurant/food shortcomings and the smelly room (could happen anywhere), we did like the ship quite a bit.

As a teen try to cruising the number of guests was kept intentionally lower than normal. Cleaning was ever present and the entertainment varied and of quality. The food was average while the wait staff very efficient

We received outstanding service from Susan. She was very helpful and were very happy with her services. Everything went perfectly.

We had the best time! It was our first cruise, celebrating our 25th anniversary. Shannon was helpful and anticipated our needs. Two thumbs up.

Excellent agenda for the land tours. Our tour director who (name Bre) took care of every detail and was very very pleasant.

Soazig was a delight to work with and she took care of all the little details we sometimes forget .... she did a wonderful job with the suggestion of tours and her heads up of the fact that we did not have a transfer at the end of our voyage and her offer of taking care of that for us made the transition from ship to shore seamless. The ship was very good with excellent cabins, good food and great entertainment. Off shore excursions were expensive but gave a good introduction to each port. Wifi was pretty well non existent.
