Everything was more than what we expected. It was simply smooth sailing. The staff was amazing, our dining host went above and beyond the call of duty. His memory was impeccable. The person that made sure our room was clean, he was always on point. Everyone on the cruise was kind and polite. We would most definitely cruise with Royal Caribbean again.

The overall cruise experience was very good but the optional city tours (Naples and Palma de Mallorca) were below expectation. Most of the time was on the bus in traffic with several "picture stops" in areas offering less that than optimal views. Very disappointing.

We enjoyed our cruise although, the variety of food items in the Windjamer was not as good as in our other past cruises, and the ship was too crowded. The food and service in the main dining room were good, the entertainment was also good.

Royal Caribbean has excellent entertainment. The ship and accommodations were excellent.

We took our family; kids, spouses, and grandkids on a cruise. We used Affordable Tours numerous times in the past and decided to use them for this trip. We wanted 6 balcony rooms next to each other with a specific pattern of connecting and non connecting rooms. One even needed a third bed. We also wanted a table big enough for 13 people at dinner. We enjoyed this cruise very much; it was our first cruise together and it met all our expectations. We booked an excursion at each port and each excurstion was wonderful as were the shows they had for entertainment on the ship. The food was excellent, the staff friendly and out going. The Western Royal Caribbean Cruise was exactly what we expected and wanted. We received the on-board credit, as specified. I will definitely recommend Affordable Tours to my friends and family. FYI- We traveled on the Freedom of the Seas - great ship, clean, terrific shows, food and service. The boat has a wonderful layout and it is easy to get around the ship. The Cruise Director was an added bonus - he was VERY funny! Also, some tips... For anyone traveling to St. Thomas that is interested in taking the Paradise Point sky ride, I would recommend booking through the cruise because it was $2.00 (per person) more to buy the tickets on our own. For those traveling on a ship with a FlowRider, don't wait until the end of the week to try surfing - the lines are much longer on the last 2 days (everyone finally gets up the nerve to try by then..)
