From the start of my booking for my trip with my travel agent, Jerry, I soon realized he was out to put together the best and most economical, but excellent, package deal for me and my family of 11. He was full of helpful suggestions about what we would need on our cruise and on excursions ashore. He was extremely patient with my changing itinerary to accommodate my wishes, considering the size of our group traveling together. He was truly professional, and a good-humoured, likeable person. I am happy to share that my family and I enjoyed all the arrangements---the cabins on the ship, the proximity of the rooms to one another; the hotel the night before the start of the cruise; and the transfers where needed. You pay a premium for a Disney cruise. However, the rooms, food, entertainment, and amenities are excellent. And the special programs for children and youth are terrific.

It was an organized trip. Everything was on time and every staff showed his best to serve us .

Every aspect of the Disney Cruise was first class! The staff was very friendly and courteous and was always ready to serve. Very impressed with check in speed and customs sector. My only suggestion is in the day and evening before deparure there should be more than 4 agents on duty.

Disney Cruise Line is top notch in every way. The new Beauty & the Beast Show is really amazing. I would go on a Disney Cruise every year!

I was very impressed with the Disny Dream, so clean and everyone was so attentive! The only thing I wsh was better was there was no table on the veranda, which was something that would have been nice since I love drinking my morning coffee there. Also every morning, the lady in the next cabin woud come outside to spray her hair spray whch chocked me (not Disney's fault)/ I also would like to see smaller sliverware for toddlers.
