The Pick Your Perk Offer (the “Offer”) applies to new, individual bookings created between March 22, 2024 – May 30, 2024 (the “Offer Period”), and only available for select sailings departing between July 1, 2024 – June 5, 2025 (the “Sailing Window” or “Range”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Sailing Window start date and end date does not indicate that a sailing will commence and conclude on those precise dates, rather, that a sailing will occur within the Range and may vary. Group bookings are not eligible, but if an individual booking is made and transferred to a group, booking will retain promotion. The Offer allows guests to choose between two perks: (i) up to $1000 USD Onboard Credit (OBC) or (ii) up to $1000 USD Air Discount for select 2024 and 2025 sailings. The OBC and Air Discount have a value of up to $1000 USD, which represents up to $500 per person for double occupancy per stateroom. The discount offered will vary based on the length of the sailing. The value of the perks offered is determined based on the total number of nights included in the itinerary. The following perk values apply: $500 applies for itineraries with 10 nights or less, $750 applies for itineraries with 11 to 12 nights. $1000 applies for itineraries with 13 nights or more. These values are per stateroom and are applicable regardless of the chosen perk. The discount value for the Air perk will be converted to the booking's currency. To see the currency conversion based on the country, visit azamara.com/currencyconversion. The Air Discount can only be applied when purchasing airfare through Azamara Air. If guests book their own air independently, they will only have the option to choose the OBC. Until Azamara Air is purchased and is added to the booking, guests will only see the option to choose the OBC. After Azamara Air is purchased and is added to the booking, guests can then choose between the OBC and Air Discount. Guests can either book their airfare at the time of making the reservation or choose to book it later. If the guest decides to utilize the Air Discount, they must do so via Azamara Air with an Azamara representative. The Air Discount’s value will be based on the total number of nights included in the itinerary and will be deducted from each individual's cruise fare, excluding taxes and fees. The airfare purchased by the guest via Azamara Air must meet a minimum per person ticket price (excluding taxes and fees) per person. The required minimum ticket prices (excluding taxes and fees) are as follows: $250 USD per person applies for itineraries with 10 nights or less, $375 USD per person applies for itineraries with 11 to 12 nights, $500 USD per person applies for itineraries with 13 nights or more. If the airfare price falls below the minimum ticket prices per person mentioned above, the guest may choose to upgrade their airfare to meet the minimum requirement at that moment. If the guest is not ready to book their airfare at the time of making the reservation, the reservation will automatically be assigned the Onboard Credit perk. Limit one offer per stateroom. For eligibility, all guests must be named and a full deposit must be made prior to the end of the Offer Period. The Offer is also combinable with applicable Travel Partner promotions, Back-to-Back Benefits, onboard booking savings, Azamara Circle Quarterly Savings, certain Net Rates, and National Account Hosted Programs. Unless stated otherwise, the Offer is not combinable with Last Minute Voyages, Employee Rates, Interline Rates, and Travel Agent Rates. The Offer is not applicable to 3rd and 4th guests in a stateroom. Lastly, the offer is not applicable to incentive or contracted groups. After the Offer Period, Offer will be removed from the booking if any of the following events occur: (i) the guest cancels and reinstates the booking; (ii) applies a fare change; or (iii) changes the ship or sail date of the booking. Certain other changes to the booking may also result in removal of the Offer. The Offer is subject to availability and change without notice. The Offer may be withdrawn at any time. Single occupancy guests paying 200% cruise fare are eligible for the full amount of the Offer. Single occupancy guests paying less than 200% cruise fare are eligible for a prorated amount of Offer.
