For every dedicated shore excursion package consisting of 3 shore excursions, guests will pay the full price for only 2 shore excursions, with the third shore excursion provided free of charge (“Excursion Package”). Everything was perfect
The staff was very friendly & professional. The only issue I had was a constant noise coming up from the 3rd floor ( the inner workings of the vessel) to our unit on the 4th I Told the reception desk & filed a complaint, but was told management would get back to me on compensation.......never heard a word so that was disappointing. Also I would tell clients to avoid the buffet as it's controlled chaos plus the food was never hot enough.
The cruise was fantastic. A truly wonderful itinerary, lots of choices in optional tours and great value for money. From the ship itself, to the staff and crew and the food and entertainment - everything was delightful. The crew were so warm and friendly and made us feel very welcome on board.

We had a great Cuba trip with Celestyal Cruises! We loved the ship, staff, tours and the entertainment was the best we have ever seen on a ship!! Loved it!!

The interior room was small. I ended up paying an upgrade fee for a slightly bigger room with an ocean view. The No single supplement fee is a plus for me and because of this I would travel with Celestyal cruise line again and maybe even go back to Cuba. The all inclusive drink package is good, however, it does not include top self or premium liquor. They do offer a Gold drink package for an additional daily fee. The staff members on board the Celestyal cruise line are very friendly and helpful. They seem to have a genuine concern that all the guests are happy and are being taken care of.

The cruise, food and staff was wonderful. Front desk services were so so. Communication could have been better. Need to change dubrunick return after hours better. Hard to find no direction that entrance site changes from disembarking. It would be nice to have app working to check bill etc. no one knew any of rules with celestyalpay. My daughter was told she could use for massage. When she got bill they told her no. It was the end of the trip and she was mopped out of her celestial pay.
