Taha'A is an island of French Polynesia. The island produces over 70-80% of all of Polynesians vanilla. It was given the name "Vanilla Island" because of the high abundance of vanilla situated here. Taha'A is the only island in the Society of Islands that can be circled by boat inside its protected lagoon.
Water-sports is definitely something that cannot be passed up. Enjoy the warm
water, sunny skies, and cool clean air as you bask in the sun. Snorkeling and
scuba diving is also encouraged. There you will encounter beautiful reefs and
