  • Eat the street food! Turkey is famous for its delicious street food options, so don't be shy to try everything in sight.
  • When shopping in markets, don't forget to bargain the price. Locals can always spot tourists and will sometimes charge a higher price. Feel free to shop around or negotiate a better price as its part of their custom.
  • Bring a power converter for your electronics to fit the European-standard sockets.
  • Istanbul is divided between Europe and Asia. Visit both sides of the city to see contrasting views and perspectives.

Reviews for Turkey Tours and Vacations

The directors were OUTSTANDING. the tour director was booked for the next group. So immediately after dropping us & settling us on June 9th around 12 noon, she left & as a group, we were left with NO director until June10th morning when our cruise director, who had just finished his previous assignment, met us & then ONLY we were briefed about our 4 day CRUISE TRIP!!!!. Same story we were dropped at Stanley hotel on June 14th at 9AM after the cruise by the fabulous cruise director & since he had to run for his next assignment. June14th was also included in our trip date since everyone left only June 15 & as per your itinerary the trip ended Jun15th, He had arranged for our transfer to airport om June15th morning meticulously with the hotel staff SO from June14th 9AM we did NOTHING & NO TOUR DIRECTOR. That is totally a RIP off!!! Everyone left only on june15 I repeat because your itinerary said TOUR ENDS june15th!!!

1. Too much driving involved. Perhaps they could have avoided visiting Ankara. 2. There were 3 days for optional tour only. In my opinion, it would have been better if they included a half-day tour followed by an optional tour.

Jeongbin K

The tour went smoothly as presented in the itinerary. Great job done by our Tour Director, who was very organized, caring, and had attention to details.
