1. How do I use my Future Travel Credit? 
   To redeem a Future Travel Credit, simply let us know that you have the credit and we will work with you to confirm the amount and get it applied. Please note: some Future Travel Credits can be applied towards your deposit, while others are applied as a discount off your tour which will require you to pay a standard deposit to be confirmed. We can confirm this for you at the time of booking. 2. How do I know how much Travel Credit I have available to me? 
   If you are unsure exactly how much Travel Credit you have left, you can call any of our Travel Consultants and we can find the amount you have to use on your future tour.
   
   
3. Will my Future Travel Credit ever expire?
   Yes, your credit does expire. The expiration date of your travel credit has many different factors; which tour operator your vacation is booked with, when you booked your vacation and when the vacation was canceled or the date was moved. It is very important to know the expiration date of your Future Travel Credit, you don’t want to lose your money. 4. What if my Future Travel Credit is more than my new booking?
   Your Travel Credit can be used towards things such as pre/post nights, prepaid gratuities, and more. Don’t worry if you still have credit leftover it will be converted to another Future Travel Credit to be used on a future trip the following year. Please contact us at 1-800-935-2620 
   
   
5. Can my Future Travel Credit be used towards anything on my vacation, including excursions?
   In most cases, excursions cannot be purchased with Future Travel Credits. It can be applied towards pre and post-night hotel packages, prepaid gratuities, and room upgrades if your trip includes a cruise. 
   
   
6. What happens if I do not use my Future Travel Credit before it expires? 
   If you do not use your Future Travel Credit before it expires you will lose your credit and it will not be converted to cash.
   
   
7. If I can not travel, may I move or transfer my Travel Credit to someone else? 
   Most operators allow you to transfer your travel credit, however, some do not. This applies to many tour operators, please see the Future Cruise Credit page if you had a cruise credit. Please call us so we can confirm eligibility with the tour company.
   
   
8. If my previous booking had a promotion and/or discount, will that carry forward to my new booking with my credit?
   Some operators may honor previous discounts and add them to your new booking, others may give you a bonus credit that you can instead apply to your new vacation. However, there are certain operators who do not price protect or offer any incentives at all.
   
   
9. What if I have to cancel my new booking, will I lose my Future Travel Credit?
   In many cases, a future travel credit can be applied to a different tour or travel date within the same tour company, as long as the change is made 90+ days before the trip is scheduled to begin. Some tour operators do not allow this though, please give AffordableTours.com a call to verify eligibility. However, if you have to cancel after the final payment, you will most likely lose your Future Travel Credit as a cancellation penalty.
   
   
10. Can I use my Travel Credit on more than one vacation if I have credit left over?
    Leftover Travel Credits can be used towards another tour, in most cases. However, your second tour will adhere to travel credit expiration dates outlined by the tour operator.
