My only disappointment was the pick up by Viking at the airport in MRS.  We were told it would be every 50 minutes and we waited over 90 minutes for the bus to fill up to get to the ship. We had been traveling for over 38 hours and a cab to the ship would have been preferred! It made it difficult to get our rest needed to enjoy the first few days. It is not the agents fault and the wait was understandable, it was just exausting waiting for the others to arrive at the airport.
