On this vacation, get a “Taste of Europe” and sample some of Western Europe’s best-loved areas, including England, Holland, Germany, Switzerland, and France. You’ll visit the main cities—London, Amsterdam, Lucerne, and Paris—and you’ll also behold fascinating scenery and cruise scenic waterways. Experience the wonder of a cruise on the Rhine—with its scenic countryside, historical castles, and charming villages. See Lorelei rock and hear the legend of Lorelei, a distraught maiden who sat on the rock combing her long golden hair and luring passing navigators to their death. In Amsterdam, hear about its 165 canals with a total length of 100 kms (62 miles). As such an integral part of the city, you’ll enjoy a canal cruise to appreciate Amsterdam from the waterways. Breakfast is included daily, and most days, you’ll have the opportunity to venture out and try local cuisine. Sample a pint of bitter in a local British pub, savor French wines in the Parisian cafés, and taste the local beer in Germany. I know that the hotel rooms with Cosmos vs. Globus are further out from city centers and maybe not quite as nice. But, in this day and age someone should push for free Wi-Fi in hotel rooms - it is often not available.
Other than our London segment, which we arrived Dec 24th evening and 25th Christmas Day, everything was closed and no tour arrangement, we did enjoy the trip altogether. We had a very good New Year's Eve party. Everybody just bonded with each other the whole trip and just like a big family...I will definitely recommend this tour to my family and friends! Thank you!
This tour was a "Tast of Europe" and although it was agressive with regard to travel, it did exactly what it was supposed to do...........make us want to stay longer next time!!
