Great tour director and driver. The whole trip is worry free and very enjoyable. The nine day trip covered everything I expected and more.
Hotels were 4 stars, rooms were clean and big, breakfasts and dinners that provided with package were excellent, tour director and bus driver both were friendly and professional both made our trip a memorable once.
We all had fun as tour director made it possible for us to be free and express our thought. She was catalyst in making things happen. Bus driver was very good and drove so well we did not feel any motion. he was jovial and friendly. Kept bus very clean.
This was our first experience with bus tours, but it will not be our last. The trip provided an excellent cross section of the area, history and people. The guide and driver were excellent and very knowledgeable. The main accommodations and meals were far beyond our expectations. Overall it was an outstanding experience and value.
Fabulous trip to Hawaii.
My husband and I are very happy with the trip around the island. The sceneries of the mountains, glaciers, lagoons, waterfalls, lava and rock formations are captivating. The island is extremely clean. We have never breathed any air so fresh and pollutant-free in our lives until we visited Iceland. The Icelanders are very friendly and hardworking. We even saw young girls carry luggage of hotel guests to make extra money. The country also seems crime-free and we felt safe throughout our trip. To our surprise and convenience, we did not need Icelandic Krona while traveling in Iceland since credit cards are accepted everywhere in Iceland. The only downside of the trip is that food is very expensive but the quality of the food in general is good.
Very well planned and the accommodations were excellent. The guide was fabulous. Loved the trip!!!
This trip was a another great experience with Trafalgar. Our Travel Director was exceptional!
Loved tour director and driver.
While it's a lot of bus riding, the scenery and experiences are well worth the trip. The tour director was top-notch in providing very creative service enhancing the entire experience. It was a wonderful trip and I'd highly recommend it.
The accommodations were excellent, although two were not modern with no cell service or internet. The food was very good except at the 320 Ranch. The tour director and the driver were both exceptional. All in all, we had a great vacation. We really enjoyed seeing Yellowstone.
This trip becomes quite expensive due to few meals are included. This of course has its pluses and minuses. 47 people on a trip is too many.
I was completely satisfied with this tour. Areas visited were beautiful. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and fun. Our hotels were much nicer than I had expected. Highly recommend this tour.
Of the six tours we have taken with Trafalgar, this one scored at the bottom of the list. Everything was very well done and the tour director was excellent, but somehow the Scandinavian trip lacked the excitement of former trips. The fjords and Norwegian mountains were beautiful, but the optional offerings were not as interesting as those in other tours. There was also a second Trafalgar bus that followed about fifteen or twenty minutes behind us which made the stops crowded. It was as though there were 96 people on the tour instead of 48. There were separate tour directors, but I definitely didn't like the second bus. I do believe that Trafalgar is an excellent company...it's just that this tour didn't meet our expectations.
An excellent experience. Learn to commend this amount about the country in the people. Great for families.
