The only thing I did not like was spending a night and day tour in Lima. It would have been better to go directly to Cusco.

By James S on Mar 02, 2017

Beautiful trip, accommodations, tour director, experiences, and food.

By Anita B on Feb 23, 2017

We had a great experience on this tour. Our guide was personable and very knowledgeable about the area and gave us a lot of insight.

By Christopher B on Feb 22, 2017

I am a repeat traveller with Globus - I love the care and thought that go with making their journeys a sheer delight. Four trips and four memorable experiences. What makes them tops in my books is the wonderful tour guides who share the history of a place (be it Newfoundland or Yellowstone), share their love of the sights/sounds and tastes, always go the extra mile to ensure you are looked after, and really are fellow travellers rather than impersonal employees.

By Ann S on Feb 16, 2017

Globus is THE BEST! Kudos to them. This is our third trip with them and I have been recommending them to many family and friends. Because we had a very late flight from our recent Hawaii trip leaving at 11:55 p.m., Globus gave us and six fellow travelers a room AT NO EXPENSE TO US to relax in and keep our personal belongings. They also had the hotel, Sheraton Maui, supply towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner& body wash should we need these items. I did request if there was some place to rest and relax in before our long flight home and Globus really came through over and above expectations! Greatly appreciated! Our tour guide also provided service over and above our expectations. He may have helped us get the room. All in all, the trip was absolutely wonderful.

This was an AWESOME trip! Yellowstone in winter is great for adventure seekers.

By Rita P on Feb 15, 2017

The winter Yellowstone trip was very good. We enjoyed experiencing real winter & the snow coach ride across Yellowstone was great. Beautiful scenery & the weather did co-operate. It was like a winter wonderland you see in pictures. I recommend this trip for a once in a lifetime experience, especially for people who live in the warm & hot areas like us. Everything about the trip was great. Wonderful tour guides, lodging, & food.

By Sandra P on Feb 13, 2017

The vacation package was awesome! I would recommend to travelers going during the February-March time frame that plan to visit Haleakala volcano bring "winter-type" clothing. It is cold at at 10,000ft and there is a chance for a cold front to pass through the area. This was our experience.

Globus did a phenomenal job organizing the trip and fulfilling its objective as a people-to-people exchange. I have so many memories of our exchanges and the opportunity to experience the remarkable talent, dedication, and accomplishment of the people of Cuba.

By Joan S on Jan 20, 2017

The trip was well planned as far as locations of accommodations, sites visited, and information. The guides were very well-informed and answered all of our questions. I enjoyed the meals, but thought that they were a little large for this age group, as many of them were used to a light lunch. The food was good and the places we ate were a nice variety from farm to table to buffets at the hotels. It was good that we were warned about the lack of toilet paper and amenities. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone else.

Our trip to Cuba with Globus was great. Both the Globus Group Leader and the Cuban National Guide were excellent. The motor coach was very new (and very comfortable), and our driver was exceptional. The hotel accommodations exceeded our expectations, and all of the restaurants that were very good. We enjoyed the Cuban cuisine and the "welcome drinks" provided at each of the eating establishments (lunch and dinner meals). The "people-to-people" educational program gave use the opportunity to gain a better appreciation of Cuban culture (e.g., visits with artists, musicians, and a retired baseball player); history (e.g., walking tours of various colonial "old town" areas and discussions of ongoing renovation/restoration efforts, visits to major monuments, and our visit to the Bay of Pigs Museum); religion (e.g., visits to various churches and to a Santeria Temple); education (e.g., visits to a school and to a library); and economy (e.g., visits to a cigar factory, ranch, and privately-owned/operated restaurants). We also enjoyed the opportunity to attend a show at the Tropicana and our evening ride in a "classic car".

Had a great trip and going to recommend this trip to my family and friends. It never entered into my mind that our safety would be compromised. I felt so safe with the people who were responsible for our safety. The whole trip experience was excellent.
