The tour guide Elisa was fantastic.
Some hotel properties were austere. Meeting up with Cosmos at the Rome airport was a nightmare with locals scratching their heads. Nerve racking for sure.
This is our second trip with Cosmos. It was near perfect. The hotels were great. Excursions well planned and smooth. Food great. Itinerary was amazing. Our tour director Kristina was fabulous. Our booking agent Eliza was friendly, helpful and professional. Our driver was wonderful, and highly skilled. I was totally at ease. I love that I don't have to worry about anything once I am on a Cosmos tour.
Encourage Cosmos travellers to book many of the optional excursions to get the most from this tour. Suggest to Cosmos that Pisa be omitted and an extra day in Florence be added instead. Otherwise the tour director and driver were exceptional.
Am very happy with the whole experience. I was the oldest member of the tour group & feel I was very carefully looked after - " above & beyond the call of duty". Our tour guide was great. Made sure everything went well & everyone was taken care of.. Very knowledgeable, personable & hardworking. The hotels were clean & more than adequate. Everyone really seemed to enjoy the lunch at the beautiful vineyard & our time spent there. The guides in the towns were excellent. Really seemed to know their areas - the history, whys & wherefores of what took place there.
I would recommend this trip to anyone that wants to see Italy. It is fast paced and exhausting, but well worth it.
we sure have a great time. Our expectation were exceeded.
The trip and itinerary were perfect. Had a great time. Cosmos fits our budgets and our interest. Thanks
