Question: Are any meals included in the tours
Question: How many suitcases can I take with me on my trip?
Question: Is Airfare Included in the Price?
Very, very good indeed! I was mixed up about my last night and expected to stay one more night in London. When I realized on the trip that that was the case, I couldn't change it. I was disappointed, BUT the trip was marvelous and other than that, I enjoyed it immensely! I liked the tour guide Szolt last name (?) immensely, knowledgeable and fun, and the group was great. The driver was great, the bus was comfortable. I would highly recommend this to other people. Thank you!!!!
Our Cosmos tour met all our expectations. Our guide, Patrizia, was excellent and our driver was safety conscious and very professional, especially on the often narrow European streets. Not everything you might want to see is covered by the booking, but optional excursions or free time are available to fine tune your experience. We loved the dinner and tour excursions in particular. Our tour group became very close and we have made several new friends.
Hotels were way too small, very uncomfortable. Better provision for drinking water should have been provided.
90% of all the hotels were all great except of the 2 hotels we had in Venezia, "Poppi" and Ibis Styles Central in Dijon, which we were given a room that was too tight and service elevator was too small for a group. We had to use the staircase to get to our room on the 3rd floor with our heavy luggage and no porter. Poppi hotel is old and need to upgrade, room was hot and we had to call the front desk to make the blower work.
Thanks, it was fantastic, even better than expected
I love every single little thing from Rome to Paris. Once we headed to London we were literally thrown to London. Cosmo representatives at London were rude, not approachable and made faces to one of the tourist. We didnt have a tour guide that explain to us the historical building around the area.
The hotels were not located conveniently in town. They were always in locations way out of the center of the city. We spent hours on bus traveling from city to city. Half of the time, we were on the bus just getting to the next city. Instead of using the Chunnel, we drove to Calais and then took the ferry to Dover. I felt we wasted a lot of time just being on the bus. We could have had a day in London sightseeing instead of being on a bus and ferry if we had taken the train from Paris to London.
the first hotel in Rome was scary like an old haunted hotel or something. but other than that, everything was nice. I enjoyed my beautiful vacation. thank you
