Tour Itinerary
This tour of the Baltics and Northern Europe is impressively full of high notes. Making your way from Poland to Finland through Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, you’ll see the historic sights, savor the hearty stews, and hear the harmonious songs this distinctive region is famous for, starting with a private Chopin concert in the music maestro’s hometown. Beyond Warsaw’s resilience and its “Wedding Cake” Palace of Culture and Science, there’s more to fall in love with in every capital city along your journey—Vilnius’ bohemian artist quarter, Riga’s Black Balsam liqueur and sweet Laima chocolates, and Tallinn’s fairytale Old Town and onion-domed cathedral. Don’t cry—your tour’s not over yet! A breezy ferry ride across the Baltic Sea to the design-centric city of Helsinki is the perfect encore.

Health and Safety Protocols for Globus Tours
Today's world has changed, but what remains certain is Globus' commitment to guest safety, comfort and peace-of-mind while traveling with us. To that end, Globus has established a worldwide Assurance program, with enhanced on-trip protocols and procedures, to ensure the health – and happiness – of guests throughout their travels with us.
It all starts with Globus' Global Health & Safety Team, dedicated to ensuring that cleanliness of all operations exceeds today’s travel standards—from start to finish. The following areas address Globus' commitment to providing a safe and clean environment for guests.
A SAFE & WARM WELCOMEGlobus will enact new tour check-in procedures and pre-trip health screenings to offer guests a safe start to their journey, including adherence to social distancing requirements.
BLENDING CULTURAL PROXIMITY WITH SOCIAL DISTANCEGlobus will ensure safe distances for guests throughout the journey, on coach and during excursions. This includes providing masks for guests use at any time where social proximity could be an issue as well as the possibility of reducing group sizes, if required. And wireless listening technology – including Globus' Go Beyond Devices in Europe – enables safe distances between guests and other travelers on excursions.
FOCUS ON GUEST AND TEAM MEMBER HEALTHTo ensure a healthy environment for team and guests, Globus will conduct regular temperature checks for both guests and team, and when necessary, masks will be worn by Globus' team members when with guests.
TOUCHING HEARTS, NOT HANDSTraveling with Globus removes many of the “touch points” of travel, including luggage handling, check in/out, expedited entry into attractions and more. Globus are further reducing risk with hands-free service, meaning all self-services replaced by staff, including buffet meals replaced with table service. Globus will also ensure hand sanitizing is available throughout each trip, on coach and in hotels.
COMMITMENT TO CLEANAs a part of Globus' commitment to clean, Globus is requiring enhanced cleaning procedures with hotel partners, on motorcoaches, vehicles and throughout every trip, including additional daily disinfecting procedures that go above-and-beyond already strict health and safety procedures.
PARTNERS IN DISCOVERY AND IN HEALTHGlobus has strict health and safety protocols, which have been in place for years, focused on ensuring all aspects of operation- from vehicles and equipment used on trip to excursions and hotel procedures. This process will continue with new, elevated health and safety checks, to maintain their promise that each touch-point on tours and cruises are considered in their commitment to guest and team member well-being.

Question: How many suitcases can I take with me on my trip?
Question: Is Airfare Included in the Price?
Trip was too hectic. Too many changing of hotels, packing and unpacking. Too short a time in each place to relax and get lost. There was a heat wave in Europe. Hotels could not keep up with the heat. A/C in several rooms was inadequate. Globus staff did not get involved and told me to handle directly with hotel, which I tried to do without success. Globus rep (I think) was afraid of infringing on Globus relationship with hotel, when, in fact, Globus had a lot more power to influence results than I.
We enjoyed the Globus tour of the Baltic countries. Theo, our guide, was experienced and had a depth of knlowledge about W e We enjoyed our tour of the Baltic countries offered by Globus and guided by Theo. The guide used his experience and his knowledge of the area to make the tour run smoothly and to give us insight into the areas we visited.
I have been a Cosmos customer for over 20 years and a Globus customer for the past 4 years. During this time I have gone on over 20 tours with Cosmos/Globus and they all have been good, well planned and excellent value for money This trip was spoiled due to poor planning by the tour director on many days we started early 7.30-7.45 in the morning only to end the morning with a 2 to 2 and half HOUR lunch break in cities where we could have walked the length and breadth of the city within 2 hours and in any case there was an included city tour after the lunch break This spoiled the trip for me. Many other guests were of the same opinion WE WERE RUSHED FOR NO REASON OTHER THAN THE TOUR DIRECTORS EGO WE COULD HAVE STARTED THE TOUR EACH DAY AT A REASONABLE HOUR WITHOUT RUSHING WHICH WOULD HAVE MADE THIS TRIP AS GOOD AS ANY OTHER GLOBUS/COSMOS TOUR I HAVE BEEN ON
The Globus trip we took to Warsaw, the Baltics & Helsinki was outstanding. We have made over 20 trips to Europe and this one would be in our "Top 5" picks.
