The tour was excellent. I have to say the accommodations were excellent except for Lake Powell Marina and Resort. It needs updating and being "late" in the season was not well staffed. They should not try to combine two tours half way through. We arrived in Salt Lake City late in the day after traveling from Las Vegas. Essentially the tour drove around Salt Lake the next morning on our way out of town to orientate us to the city. We basically stopped so 11 people could "join" the tour. I beleive it was difficult to assimilate these folks into the group of 29 who already traveled together for a week. the new folks, did not realize they were joining a tour "in-progress". The sights we saw were tremendous, beautiful and more than can e described. The "motor coach" was comfortable and the driver was knowledgable and the tour director had no issues letting the driver tell his story. A good team that worked well together. People should understand this trip is not for the faint of heart. Only twice in 15 days did we stay overnight at the same hotel. But, if you want to see everything, this is the only way to go. We would not think twice about doing an insight tour if it met our trip objectives. They also did little things like getting us fresh pie and coffe one afternoon at a comfot stop. Not sure what other operators would do that. In summary an excellent tour.
