Day 1
Arrive Warsaw (2 Nights)Tucked away, but not forgotten, the Baltics stand at the edge of Europe - revived and reinvigorated after years of Nazi and Soviet occupation. Storybook capitals and stunning natural landscapes lie ahead, but first Poland's capital gets the nod as your launchpad to a region that has emerged vibrant despite its tumultuous history. Meet your Travel Director and fellow travellers later this evening for a glimpse into what lies ahead on your Baltics value tour.Accommodation: Holiday Inn Express - Hub

Day 2
Warsaw sightseeing and free timeA lesson in courage and perseverance awaits this morning as you meet your Local Specialist for a guided sightseeing tour of Warsaw's Old Town. Its façades are more modern than medieval and a testament to the resilience of the Poles who have lovingly restored their capital city after it was razed to the ground in retaliation for the 1944 Warsaw Uprising. See the moving site of the Warsaw Ghetto, then spend the rest of the day exploring the city your way. An Optional Experience could see you explore Wilanów Palace with its collection of royal furniture.

Warsaw – Vilnius (2 Nights)Your journey north through the highlights of the Baltics begins today, through pastoral landscapes and rural villages to Vilnius, Lithuania's elegant capital. There isn't a city in Northern Europe with a medieval Old Town that can match its size and you'll have an opportunity to explore every inch of its Baroque, Gothic and Renaissance splendour on your own. Signs of the city's 50-years of Soviet occupation can still be seen, but it is the city's beautiful architectural heritage, gritty street art and youthful spirit which take centre stage on your visit. Launch into a love affair with Lithuanian food this evening, joining an optional dinner and folklore show. Skanaus!Accommodation: Art City Inn
Meals: Breakfast -
Day 4
Vilnius sightseeing and free timeAll the iconic sights of Vilnius are revealed this morning as you join a Local Specialist for a guided sightseeing tour of the city to view the 16th-century Bishop's Palace and the University, the oldest in the Baltics. Explore the Baroque Church of St. Peter and St. Paul. built on the site of a temple to the pagan goddess of love. Then walk to the Gates of Dawn, the Carmelite Church of St. Theresa and former Jewish Ghetto, passing the Cathedral, new Royal Palace excavations and the former site of the synagogue, destroyed during World War II. This afternoon, join your fellow travellers and head back to the former communist era on an Optional Experience to the KGB museum.

Day 5
Vilnius – Å iauliai – Riga (2 Nights)This morning, switch the new capital for the old on an Optional Experience to Trakai, for a guided sightseeing tour around its enchanting lakeside castle. Later, we'll say goodbye to Vilnius, but don't leave without fuelling up on some of the city's famous kibinai pasties. Savoury or sweet, take your pick, before heading for the Hill of Crosses at Šiauliai, where millions of crosses jostle for their spot in a non-violent protest against decades of Russian and Soviet rule. Arrive in the ancient city of Riga later - its Gothic skyline has witnessed German, Scandinavian and Russian rule across eight centuries. You'll get to hear all their tales of triumph and tragedy over the next day.Accommodation: Tallink
Meals: Breakfast -

Riga sightseeing and free timeYou'll get to know one of the world's finest collections of Art Nouveau buildings when you visit Riga's UNESCO-listed Old Town. The beautiful architecture and rich Hanseatic trade heritage will come to life in the colourful stories shared by your Local Specialist this morning. Riga – Tallinn (2 Nights)Follow the Gulf of Riga north into Estonia, travelling via Pärnu, a popular beach resort for Tallinn locals. Arriving in their fairy-tale hometown a little later, you'll encounter a lively blend of Scandinavian and Russian flavours. It is the enchanting and well-preserved Old Town that will capture your heart however, as you take a step back in time and wander through cobbled streets lined with red-roofed Hanseatic merchant houses and medieval churches. The city's strategic location has made it a gateway to the Baltics and Russia for centuries and it has lost none of this old-world ambience as you'll come to discover over the next day.Accommodation: L'Ermitage

Tallinn sightseeing and free timeBehind the 13th-century Walls of Tallinn lies a UNESCO-listed treasure trove of beautifully preserved medieval façades. You'll discover it all when you meet your Local Specialist this morning for a guided sightseeing tour around the city. Admire the city's gabled houses and hidden courtyards that reveal the rich heritage of a city which once held pride of place in the Hanseatic League. Walk past the 15th-century Luhike Jalg Gate and visit Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, a symbol of Russian power with its magnificent gold-plated dome. The afternoon is yours to explore and perhaps you'd like to leave the city behind on an Optional Experience to Lahema National Park. Health and Safety Protocols for Costsaver Tours
Costsaver has introduced these enhanced hygiene protocols – for you and team members.
Costsaver asks that you please take personal responsibility for your wellbeing. This begins with packing any personal protective equipment and sanitizers you require. Please adopt physical distancing and hygiene practises throughout your pre-trip travel arrangements and follow all health instruction whether physical signage, or requests from the professional staff once you are vacationing.
Expertly Trained Travel DirectorsTravel Director training equips them with enhanced hygiene and physical distancing procedures. During your trip, they will operate with a duty of care and monitor the hygiene etiquette of the guests, reacting and advising as needed, to ensure high standards are maintained. Before you travel, Costsaver will also keep you well informed about new protocols required in these areas, and ask that you cooperate with and heed the advice and direction of Travel Directors while on your trip. The Travel Directors have preventative measures in place to try and ensure your well-being and in the event that any unexpected issues arise on trip, they will activate additional protocols.
Stringent On-the-Road ProtocolsThe customized luxury coaches are sanitised before the start of your trip and have always been kept to very high standards. Following the outbreak of COVID-19, Costsaver have taken additional measures to elevate hygiene and sanitary practices in accordance with guidance from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and as required, applicable government regulations. The Driver training provides them with the latest hygiene protocols. They will clean and disinfect all surfaces including handrails, door handles, tables, seats, air-conditioning filters and overhead lockers on a daily basis. All the guests are asked to follow hygiene practices recommended by the World Health Organisation including the thorough and regular washing of hands and sanitising when required. Hand sanitiser is freely available on board for your use throughout the day. Please bring your own washable face mask and gloves with you, and additional hand sanitiser to make you feel comfortable, as these will be required to be worn in public in some countries. Should an unexpected situation arise, additional face masks, rubber gloves, antiviral sprays and wipes will be available for guest distribution on all trips.
A Full Team of Support 24/7It’s not just your Travel Director and Driver who will be taking care of you. Behind the scenes, the operations and guest support teams are in contact with them and on call 24/7, so you can rest assured that you’re in good hands.
Physical DistancingAdapting to the right size groups, based on government distancing requirements, you can rest assured that you will travel with the comfort of your own personal space. Have peace of mind that all of the experiences, hotels and restaurants you’ll enjoy on your trip have been vetted to ensure they adhere to physical distancing and hygiene guidelines.
Trusted Partners, Exceptional StandardsCostsaver is very selective in who they work with and choose to only use hotels, restaurants, ground handlers and venues that take the well-being of the guests as seriously as Costsaver does and agrees to meet expected guidelines and specifications. Costsaver only works with establishments that they are confident will consistently adhere to their high standards.
Always in the KnowAs part of The Travel Corporation (TTC) , Costsaver is kept up to date with all government advisories and travel alerts on a daily basis and is continually in touch with all of the partners on the ground in each destination. Also, rest assured that during your trip, the teams work to ensure the supplier partners (hotels, restaurants, museums and other venues) are also applying the same standard to these new hygiene and distancing protocols, to the extent possible.

Great everything
If people would ask me if I got my money's worth, I would reply that I got much much more than my money's worth. My trip was beyond wonderful, beyond amazing, beyond breathtaking.... Trent Plaine gave great background history of every country we visited; he took us to places morning noon and night... if there were places on the way out of a country he'd have us visit them and stop for great views. He was knowledgeable on flavors, food... the road trip was fantabulous!
The trip was well organized, the director Annarika is excellent in all aspects .our driver Marco is excellent too. They are both highly recommended in the fields they chose. In my next travel I wish I will be with them again.

We had a great experience with this company on this tour and would recommend this trip to anyone.
This was my first Costsaver tour and it was amazing. Our consultant, Maureen and tour guide Rose were top notch, extremely knowledgeable, and true professionals. I will definitely use Costsaver again!
Novotel Hotel was disappointing.
The trip to Italy was beyond my expectations! Our tour guide Amedeus was knowledgeable, kind, intuitive and made sure each one of us felt like royalty!
Our tour director Gianmarco was enthusiastic, informative and engaging. If I could pick him as my personal tour director to with me as I travel the world I would. The locations and sites were awe inspiring, but Gianmarco made this a very memorable experience. One I will cherish for a long time.
This was my 6th trip with Costsaver/Trafalgar, and I look forward to my next.
