Tour Itinerary
This tour of the Baltics and Northern Europe is impressively full of high notes. Making your way from Poland to Finland through Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, you’ll see the historic sights, savor the hearty stews, and hear the harmonious songs this distinctive region is famous for, starting with a private Chopin concert in the music maestro’s hometown. Beyond Warsaw’s resilience and its “Wedding Cake” Palace of Culture and Science, there’s more to fall in love with in every capital city along your journey—Vilnius’ bohemian artist quarter, Riga’s Black Balsam liqueur and sweet Laima chocolates, and Tallinn’s fairytale Old Town and onion-domed cathedral. Don’t cry—your tour’s not over yet! A breezy ferry ride across the Baltic Sea to the design-centric city of Helsinki is the perfect encore.Vodka wishes and caviar dreams are sure to come true when you extend your tour of Northern Europe to include Russia. Leading you to the country’s two largest and most fascinating cities, this 6-day extension doubles the blinis, borscht, and Baroque architecture as you savor the sights, history, and flavors of Russia’s former and current capital.

Health and Safety Protocols for Globus Tours
Today's world has changed, but what remains certain is Globus' commitment to guest safety, comfort and peace-of-mind while traveling with us. To that end, Globus has established a worldwide Assurance program, with enhanced on-trip protocols and procedures, to ensure the health – and happiness – of guests throughout their travels with us.
It all starts with Globus' Global Health & Safety Team, dedicated to ensuring that cleanliness of all operations exceeds today’s travel standards—from start to finish. The following areas address Globus' commitment to providing a safe and clean environment for guests.
A SAFE & WARM WELCOMEGlobus will enact new tour check-in procedures and pre-trip health screenings to offer guests a safe start to their journey, including adherence to social distancing requirements.
BLENDING CULTURAL PROXIMITY WITH SOCIAL DISTANCEGlobus will ensure safe distances for guests throughout the journey, on coach and during excursions. This includes providing masks for guests use at any time where social proximity could be an issue as well as the possibility of reducing group sizes, if required. And wireless listening technology – including Globus' Go Beyond Devices in Europe – enables safe distances between guests and other travelers on excursions.
FOCUS ON GUEST AND TEAM MEMBER HEALTHTo ensure a healthy environment for team and guests, Globus will conduct regular temperature checks for both guests and team, and when necessary, masks will be worn by Globus' team members when with guests.
TOUCHING HEARTS, NOT HANDSTraveling with Globus removes many of the “touch points” of travel, including luggage handling, check in/out, expedited entry into attractions and more. Globus are further reducing risk with hands-free service, meaning all self-services replaced by staff, including buffet meals replaced with table service. Globus will also ensure hand sanitizing is available throughout each trip, on coach and in hotels.
COMMITMENT TO CLEANAs a part of Globus' commitment to clean, Globus is requiring enhanced cleaning procedures with hotel partners, on motorcoaches, vehicles and throughout every trip, including additional daily disinfecting procedures that go above-and-beyond already strict health and safety procedures.
PARTNERS IN DISCOVERY AND IN HEALTHGlobus has strict health and safety protocols, which have been in place for years, focused on ensuring all aspects of operation- from vehicles and equipment used on trip to excursions and hotel procedures. This process will continue with new, elevated health and safety checks, to maintain their promise that each touch-point on tours and cruises are considered in their commitment to guest and team member well-being.

Question: How many suitcases can I take with me on my trip?
Question: Is Airfare Included in the Price?
Our Globus guide was particularly conscientious, looking out for our interests. He got us going in the morning a little earlier than the other tour buses on our tail so that we would be the first ones at our destination, I am very satisfied with the day trips, optional and not and took part in most. Why not??? We were blessed with good weather every day but one day of light drizzle. What a great stroke of serendipity to be in Moscow for its 870th anniversary including fireworks! That was a highlight...among others. The Chopin concert in Warsaw and the ballet in St. Petersburg were two more high points. The city guides who joined us were great. The whole trip ran very smoothly with fellow travelers being in the right places at the right time.
This was an exceptional tour. Sightseeing/tour guide/bus driver and the list goes on were beyond what I could have expected. I had not been on a bus tour since 2008 and was quite apprehensive as I usually travel solo doing my own thing. I enjoyed the options but from my point of view I probably could have been a little more discerning to plan and choose a bit better as I think I did select too many (all of them) which I found by the end of the tour I could have taken out a couple of museums, especially in Moscow on the last couple of days. Generally the options were good. The tour was at a good pace and staying 2 nights in most cities was good. One night stayovers made it difficult to appreciate that city. Helsinki was disappointing as too little time and probably was not the best city guide and so many of the sights were under renovation. Suggestion make some changes in this city if venues can't be visited or is being renovated as does not show the tourists what the sight really is.
Very well organized. Hotels were first rate, and all of the excursions were worth the time & effort.
The outdoor museum was a not a good choice for the price. Dinners that were included on the optional tours were not good.
