Tour highlights include your overnight stay inside Grand Canyon National Park, where you can witness the stunning scenery at sunset and sunrise. In Yellowstone National Park, stand in awe as you hear the roar of the water and view the glorious falls at the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. Witness Old Faithful as it erupts and admire the herds of bison, elk, and other wildlife as you explore the park. Mount Rushmore offers the astounding monument of four U.S. presidents as well as spectacular scenery and wildlife, including mule deer and mountain goats. Also visit Crazy Horse Memorial, carved out of the mountain in honor of the Sioux Indian chief, and enjoy a scenic drive in Custer State Park, with its spectacular landscape and abundant wildlife. Have your camera ready for the bright red, yellow, and pink pillars called "hoodoos" in Bryce Canyon National Park, and marvel at the sculptured canyons and soaring cliffs in Zion National Park. But that’s not all…visit Monument Valley, one of the world’s most photographed places with its red-rock canyons, mesas, iconic buttes, and windblown sand. See the massive formations during your 4-wheel-drive tour with a knowledgeable Navajo guide. All of this—and much more—are included on this national parks tour designed for savvy, value-minded travelers.

  1. Day 1
Welcome to exciting Las Vegas, also known as “Sin City!” Your Tour Director is on hand late this afternoon to answer any questions.
  2. Day 2
Depart the glittering lights of Las Vegas for one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, Grand Canyon National Park. 3. Day 3
If you miss the sunset over the canyon, sunrise is just as impressive! You may want to join an exciting helicopter flight over the canyon for incomparable views of flame-colored walls plunging 6,093 feet into the Colorado River. Continue across Arizona and into the Navajo Nation. Situated on the Arizona/Utah border, Monument Valley’s scenic desert vistas and iconic buttes have appeared in countless classic Western films. See the massive formations on a memorable 4-wheel-drive tour. Your knowledgeable Navajo guide will show you some of the valley’s most incredible scenery and share with you local legends and lore. This evening, join the optional Navajo cookout for dinner surrounded by the red-rock canyons of Monument Valley.

  7. Day 7
At Custer State Park, enjoy a scenic drive along Wildlife Loop Road with spectacular terrain and an abundance of wildlife, like the herd of 1,300 bison that roam freely throughout the park. Afterward, visit Mount Rushmore National Memorial, which stands as a shrine to democracy. See the stunning granite faces of Mount Rushmore, a giant monument to four great American presidents: Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, and Roosevelt. Then, visit the Crazy Horse Memorial, a monument carved out of a mountain to honor the great Native American hero, Chief Crazy Horse. (CB)

There may be times on tour or on the motorcoach when social distancing is required. We will take care in assuring any local guidelines are followed in a safe and comfortable way for our guests. For any cases where masks are required due to local guidelines, we ask that guests bring their own approved N95 (FFP2) masks for their own comfort and safety. To ensure a healthy environment for each of our guests and our team, our Tour Directors, Local Hosts, and motorcoach drivers are fully vaccinated, and we are also requiring that all travelers are fully vaccinated before joining our trips. Additionally, we will conduct regular guest checks, and, when required by local guidelines, masks will be worn by our guests and by our team when accompanying guests. Cosmos are further reducing risk with hands-free service, meaning all self-services replaced by staff, including buffet meals replaced with table service. Cosmos will also ensure hand sanitizing is available throughout each trip, on coach and in hotels.

As a part of Cosmos' commitment to clean, Cosmos is requiring enhanced cleaning procedures with hotel partners, on motorcoaches, vehicles and throughout every trip, including additional daily disinfecting procedures that go above-and-beyond already strict health and safety procedures. And our motorcoaches are equipped with air filters that clean the air as well as provide constant ventilation.

Cosmos has strict health and safety protocols, which have been in place for years, focused on ensuring all aspects of operation- from vehicles and equipment used on trip to excursions and hotel procedures. This process will continue with new, elevated health and safety checks, to maintain their promise that each touch-point on tours and cruises are considered in their commitment to guest and team member well-being.

Our guide was great. The best! Our driver was fantastic. Great trip!

My grandson and I enjoyed the entire trip and stayed two extra days in Las Vegas. We had great driver and tour director. We both learned a lot of information in addition to enjoying seeing all the National Parks. Thank Heaven we didn't get trapped in Yellowstone and the re-toute to Jackson, WY was nothing short of a miracle for you to pull off.

This was a fast paced trip which gave us a great perspective on which Parks we want to go back to independently. Our tour director was amazing. Very knowledgeable and approachable. She took some extra steps to assure we were having a great experience.

I was so please and happy with my National park tours. The parks were so awesome. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable on the parks and areas around the parks. She kept us busy with DVDs and talking about the legends of people and Indian tribes while on the bus. She made sure we hard our food and snacks on us Foy the more isolated places we stayed at. All the room were extremely clean. I felt safe the the bus driver driving. I can't say enough about this trip, will recommend it to my family and friends. My trip was on cosmos.

The tour director gave us great information and direction the entire trip taking great care for us, A+ and the bus driver was great too,A+

The experience of the tour director is critical to managing 44 people. Our tour director was extremely diligent in obtaining the best experience for us at all locations.

The tour guide & driver were great! The itinerary was comprehensive and exceeded our expectations. Some of the accomodations were not comfortable for us. some considered them "quaint", for us they were not satisfactory. Good balance of leisure but the schedule was very full.

Really enjoyed the trip. Would highly recommend it to anyone. The tour guide and driver were a wonderful team and made sure we all had a great time.

Super tour...Loved both the driver (Randy) and tour director (Dan). Only issue was that Dan gave waaay too much information. Information that was not necessary so we missed out on the important facts he mixed in. I did not receive my tour package until I got home...It was sent to my old address and was even delivered there after I left on June 1st. I had given my new info right after I moved in January. On the whole, loved all the folks that were on the tour, weather could not have been better, and loved the extras we could purchase, especially the raft ride.

Wonderful sights. Stops for lunch were not always acceptable. The driver was exceptional. The tour guide was very helpful but his shuddering made it sometimes hard to understand and concentrate on. He made us miss the Museum excursion $40.00. We specifically asked him the day before if we booked this tour, but he said he did not have the list. He also said to check our email, but I told him we did not receive an email yet. The next morning, after we missed this excursion, he said sorry but no refunds! Unacceptable!!! Danial took our excursion sheets at the beginning of the tour and never returned them. We received an email dated after this excursion was missed.

We couldn't be happier with our experience from start to finish. Everything was as expected, minimum, but usually exceeded expectations.
