I have been on 4 guided European tours and this was the best guide of them all!! She was well informed. Spoke clearly english. Took care of everyone equally. Had a very personal touch. I went on the trip with my 12 year old granddaughter. The director was so good with her and made her feel welcomed and comfortable. I so appreciated her. She is truely a lovely person and terrific tour manager.
