Tour Itinerary
What’s the most important thing to bring on a journey to Vietnam and Cambodia? Your bargaining skills! The art of haggling is a must at the bustling markets of Hanoi, Siem Reap, and Ho Chi Minh City where you can negotiate everything from luxurious silk to colorful ceramics to a tasty bowl of pho. The number one rule of thumb—always be willing to walk away. Luckily, there’s so much to walk toward on this colorful tour of Southeast Asia, including the fascinating wartime tunnels of Cu Chi, a fishing lesson on the Thu Bon River, and a breezy cyclo ride around the vibrant city of Hanoi. The picturesque pagodas of Hue and Hanoi are just a taste of what’s to come at the mystical temples of Angkor. Inside the “City of the God Kings,” you’ll find the architecturally magnificent ruins of Angkor Wat delightfully much more than you bargained for. Balance the high energy of Bangkok with the calming force of Chiang Mai by adding this extension to your Southeast Asia tour. In Bangkok, you’ll cruise through its famous klongs, visit its calming Buddhist temples, and experience its vibrant city life. Then fly to Chiang Mai, where you’ll explore temples and visit an amazing elephant sanctuary to learn about the conservation efforts of orphaned and rescued elephants!

Question: How many suitcases can I take with me on my trip?
Question: Is Airfare Included in the Price?
I love working with Karen.
The tour cities and sites we visited were all great. The pace of the tour was good (not rushed with time to rest, shop or sight see on our own). Our tour director was fabulous (good communicator, knowledgeable, nice sense of humor). Our driver was a wonderful driver, I always felt safe. The extra excursions (I purchased all 4) were excellent and reasonably priced. I will use Globus again.
Globus Escapes are an economical way to travel during the off season. For me, I often prefer the off-season because there are fewer crowds. I especially appreciate the local tour guides in each area.
Great company. Makes traveling so enjoyable.
Globis is a very professional travel operator with exceptional tour directors. In our experience with them they deliver more tha what we expected.
An excellent choice of tour to restart traveling after the long Covid delay!
This was our 3rd tour with Globus and, as with our first 2, they exceeded our expectations.
I enjoyed my tour with Globus very much. The bus was very clean and new and comfortable. The driver was outstanding and our tour guide was excellent. She was very knowledgeable. I loved the itinerary and it was a perfect way to travel. I would use Globus again for a future tour.
Globus Tours was amazing. I plan on using them again.
Globus was top notch. Our tour guide was exceptional. Everything was on time and we were able to get to many attractions early before the crowds.
Trena was very helpful.
This was our seventh trip with Globus and they continue to deliver first class experiences with incredible tour directors.
Autumn Cruse was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was dealing with about 8 women all living in different states and time zones! She deserves a medal and positive recognition from her employer. Good employees are very hard to find and retain these days. I look forward to working with her again.
The interaction and expereience witth Affordable Tours were professional, and met expectations.
