We really loved this Best Globus Bus trip we have ever taken and for the wonderful professional assistance given by Affordable Tours to us! We would highly recommend anyone to book this same Grand Western Canada Vacation through Affordable Tours.

This was a well managed tour with lots of content and good pacing. Some free time and good arrangements. The tour guide was excellent. The bus was a bit smaller than we expected, but was adequate. The side excursions were very good with the exception of the canoe+dinner trip that was seriously overpriced for the boring trip you got. The last two days of the trip were really just traveling back to Vancouver without really seeing anything; a better trip would be to just end in Banff or Calgary and fly home from there. However, we were quite satisfied with the trip.

Mark was excellent as tour director!

This tour was our fourth with Globus booked through Affordable Tours and met all of our expectations. We had a great time and met a lot of new people who felt the same. If you like the outdoors, the Canadian Rockies are fantastic. Good selection of optional excursions.

The SawRidge Inn was less than par and dated. Several of the hotels did not have lighted magnifying mirrors to put in contact lenses. This is a quality of life issue, not cosmetic. Several of the hotels offered scrambled eggs as a breakfast course. However, they were usually overcooked and dry. It would be so simple to offer soft boiled eggs in a bowl for self-service if they do not wish to offer an alternate egg option to cook. Also, light in hotel rooms is lacking. When having to pack at night for early morning departures, this becomes problematic and takes longer to do. Lamps are cheap, one or two more, or greater lamp wattage in fewer lamps would be acceptable.

We have used Globus twice prior to this trip. Excellent reputation. Biggest advantage is they utilize quality hotels in the center of towns. Makes it easy to return to sites after the daily tour.

The accommodations had beautiful views from the rooms, was great.
