Very good experience through out the whole process from booking to going on the tour

Well planned trip and the tour director was excellent.

Nice tour covering a lot of different cities. The Globus Tour Director was extremely knowledgeable and informative throughput the tour.

We had a good time in this trip. All the cities we visited were very rich in history and among all the cities, I really love Barcelona. The tour way way beyond my expectation. We got along with all of our tour mates and became friends after. I loved all the hotels were we stayed. The daily breakfast are delicious. I highly recommend this tour package.

This was our 4th trip with Globus. This tour we thought was well, however the length of time it took to reach the destinations from the long drives.between each city took too much away from spending time at the destination. May we suggest longer time at the selected destinations or leac ing out a destination or two if time.does not.permit.

Extremely organized, excellent tour guide n bus driver, really tried to show main highlights of country, very caring n well done with local tour guides as well, good choice of excursions, enjoyed trip

Couldn't be happier with this trip. Tour guide was Angel and he was the best!

Well organized and a great vacation!!

Our tour guide was so helpful and we just had the best experience no hassle. He had everything ready for us ahead of time!! Great job Luis!!

this was my first time going to Europe and was very impressed not only by how well organized everything was which made everything easier for the group, but also by Luis the director. He was so informative and acknowledgeable of all of the places he took us and always giving us tips about safety and the area we were visiting. I am definitely using Affordable Tours again next. My dreams was to go to Spain and Affordable made it amazing for me. Thank you to all of the people that made this trip so great for me and our group.

The best experience , I ever had , love it from begging to end. Very professional, highly organized. One of my friend asked to put rate for this tour and company from 1 to 10 , my answer was 12

This was the best escorted tour we have ever taken.

Our tour guide, Miguel was awesome.

I am very satisfied with the services, itinerary, included meals & excursions that Globus provided on this tour. I particularly love the hotel location at every stop. I have been touring Europe with Globus for many years and this tour did not disappoint me. In fact this tour is the 2nd Globus escorted tour I have taken in a span of 3 months this year.

The cities of Spain were unique and offered many exceptional sites, but the bus journeys between cities were extremely long with excessive downtime on the bus. The bus was comfortable and the driver was highly professional, but when you are on the bus for 4-7 hours at a time, the passing scenery is a blur. The scheduled group evening meals were modest at best and in one case virtually inedible. The other tourists in the group were a great mixture from many different states/countries and were a real pleasure to get to know. Local guides were extremely knowledgeable.

Jose, our tour guide made us feel like at home, he was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable of Spain's history, caring and with an excellent sense of humor.

Only problem i have is that Globus tends to book the quality hotels that you stay in toward the end of your trip and not in the beginning. First hotel in Madrid was like a dungeon room- such tight quarters and no view except of an alley. Second hotel was better- Third hotel - okay, close to things- but you remember that if someone was sitting at the end of the bed watching TV-- the other person has to practically crawl pass them to get by- room was so narrow from bed to dresser.

Our trip to Spain far surpassed all of our expectations. Hotels were very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were FULL breakfasts and not continental. Definitely left us ready every morning full of energy to begin the day. Was surprised how well they spoke english at the hotels. The sights we saw were spectacular. So much history to be seen in this one country and the beauty of it all will remain in my mind forever. Only bad thing was I was pickpocket in Toledo. Lost my phone, credit and debit card, and license, and cash. The tour director warned us about this so I should have been extra careful.

Trip was amazing, Rui our tour guide was fantastic! Tour matches up to all aspects and beyond the description, unbelievable. Great mix of travelers.

We were very satisfied with our Best of Spain Tour. the itinerary was informative with culture & history. Hotel location, accommodation & large selection for Breakfast was above expectations. Our guide was a highlight --offering her knowledge, attention to safety & rules for times & deadlines making for a efficient tour. The driver was excellent. The Travel Document Booklet was extremely helpful, before & during tour. All local guides were appreciated & good, especially in Barcelona, I was disappointed with local guides in Crdoba & Valencia. One observation with those signing up for tours like this, should be more aware of how physical they can be.

My friend Lisette and I enjoyed The Best of Spain 9 day tour we just took with GLOBUS We were very lucky and the weather was nice. Hassan, our Tour Director, and Diego, our driver, were polite, helpful, friendly and very capable. The cities and places we visited very interesting. The local guides good. it was great not to have to personally make reservations, buy tickets or deal with the many details of organizing our trip. The hotels and hotels' personnel were also good. The breakfasts and dinners included in the package had plenty of good choices. The 40+ people that formed our group, us included, were educated, sophisticated, well traveled. Lisette and I never were picked pocketed or abused in any way in spite of the fact that we both are not young anymore and my friend is very visually impaired. We enjoyed our GLOBUS 9 days Best of Spain tour and although the basic package is not cheap, it was affordable for us. We will tell our friends and family to consider AffordableTours a good option when planning a vacation.

Absolutely fabulous. First class all the way!

I would like to see the trips with more info about schedule, i.e. Active, moderate, leisurely (Lots of walking on this past trip!!!)

The group was a bit large for me, 36 people. I have only been on one other tour and there were 20 and it was much more manageable. Our tour guide was great and well-organized. Hotels were very nice and breakfast included. Night dinners out with the group were not that good.

Generally, met our expectations except that there were 3 star hotels whereby the tour description stated 4 or 5 star hotels will be used. Otherwise, all was well.

Almost everything that was written in our book from Globus was false information, not a fact. It was written that we could not wear jeans or shorts to dinner, we had to have something over our shoulders and not wear shorts to churches, we couldn't wear sneakers to dinner or to church. This was false information and we could wear all of the above. The book stated a huge fear tactic saying that you should not take a purse, backpack or carry anything on your person because it would be ripped off your body or you would be pick pocketed. Everyone had purses, backpacks and carried things. I spent a huge amount of time figured out what to wear because of all of the restrictions and how to carry money ect because of the this fear tactic. All for no reason. They stated that you should keep your passports on you at all times because they would be stolen but then you weren't suppose to carry them in anything. We spent money on a vest that had pockets on the inside and I didn't take a purse. My husband was so hot wearing this vest he could hardly bear it, and it was not needed. Then it got worse, we got different information about the times we were going and coming from all parties (tour director, book and local tour director). They never stayed to the time stated, we were always returning at least an hour later then stated, the time we were given was 15 minutes to go to the bathroom and shop. We barely had time to use the restroom and certainly no time to shop. I didn't even get souvenirs because there was no time to shop or buy anything there was NO down time at all. The tour director was also not all that helpful at lunch when we had to buy for ourselves and state what we wanted. Most of us did not speak the language and he told us just to go order. This was unacceptable. We were very disappointed in this trip. We went through Globus before when touring through Italy and it was wonderful. The tour guide was excellent and very helpful. This trip was a 180 to that trip. It was awful. I doubt I will do a guided trip like this again especially from Globus. They have certainly changed for the worse since we traveled using them before. Even the agent gave us the wrong information. He said when I asked about dinner times, "Oh no you eat at around 6pm". This was incorrect as well. In Spain no one eats until at least 8pm and the restaurants aren't even open until then. It is truly pathetic when every single source gives you incorrect information about your trip which we spent a great deal of money on.

Globus does a fine job of providing the best hotels in the most convenient locations. The Tour Director was exceptional and tried to accommodate all of our needs (31 people). He worked closely with the local guides who were good also. He had a good memory and was an expert on Spanish history, language, culture. Globus excels in getting the tourists in the door of sites early, before the crowds appear. They are also adept at changing the schedule when needed to make sure that we see major sites as described in our booklet. This was the case for the Prado Museum and they incorporated a short high speed train ride to make sure we didn't miss a thing. We highly recommend Globus - they have the expertise to make your travels memorable!

Our trip to Spain was wonderful. We enjoyed excellent hotels, fine food and unforgettable sites.

Some of the hotels were below my expectations. Air conditioning was not turned on even upon travelers' requests.

Hotel Agumar in Madrid was below my expectations... Otherwise the accommodations were excellent...

This tour is at times leisurely and other times a little hectic. The balance is about right if you are less than 80 years old. Spending two nights at some hotels was much appreciated by us. More would be better. We felt that less time on the bus each day would be better even if the trip needed to be expanded one or two days Our overall impression was very favorable to Globus. Really good guides and superb drivers.

Spain is a beautiful country with very clean cities. Globus did a nice job. I will look for better flights next year. They should also include an in-depth tour of each city rather than having to pay additional in some locations. They need to include the Church of La Familia in the tour in Barcelona.

The Highlights of Spain tour was great. The hotels were all centrally located. The hotel in Madrid and the paella dinner in Valencia were a bit disappointing . The other hotels and meals were very good. The farewell dinner was exceptionally enjoyabable. The itinerary was excellent. And there was a good mix of tour time and free time.

Everything exceeded my expectation but one comment about the first hotel in Madrid: The room was very nice and staff courteous but the A/C was not working and the first dinner despite that it was good, it took way too long and one server was serving 39 people.

The guides and tours on the trip were totally unsatisfactory. I travel to learn. The audio devices caused the guides tours to be useless. I could hear nothing. The size of the tour was bigger than previous tours I have taken. I will only use smaller tour groups in the future.

Globus continues to provide a very nice packaged tour. Hotels were good and centrally located, meals provided were in great restaurants with good menus & drinks. Excursions were worth the price, had some problems with transceivers, which almost ruined the Prado Museum tour. Tour guide and drivers were excellent.

My Globus experience with the La France Tour last May was better than in Spain. Our hotels in Spain were good in some cities, and better in others. Some optional tours were included in other Spain tours, such as the La Rambla walk, tickets to Guell Park, and the inside of Sagrada Famille in Barcelona. Also, we had to pay for our group picture, and the photographer did not meet at the assigned location, so our background was mediocre.

Our trip to Spain was with Globus Tours. Of the 36 people on our coach, the overwhelming percent were Globus return customers. We will now find ourselves as frequent Globus customers. The tour guide, the driver and the brand new Mercedes coach led to a unforgettable trip that featured first class hotels, tours, and great food. Globus and Spain are well kept secrets. We'll be sure to spread the word!

This is our third trip thru Affordable and Globus. We are very happy with the services provided by our consultant at Affordable and have no problem recommending Affordable to our friends

food at dinners (except for one at an optional excursion) were not good. I always thought that paella had meat or fish. Apparentlly in Spain it only consists of rice.

It is the second time I have been part of a large escorted group tour. It was organized exceptionally well with enough time for important areas and sufficient free time to explore on ones own. Overall, a great experience and we had a wonderful group.

Another great trip! Would definitely recommend affordable tours/Globus to anyone traveling!

Globus was beyond my expectations and I would book another trip in a heartbeat with them.

Only complaint was that sometimes the touring of several places only involved driving by them. If you sat on the side of the bus closest to the monument or whatever, that was great (provided the bus slowed down enough to snap a picture). Would have preferred the opportunity to get off for photo. Otherwise, the tour guide was fantastic and we saw a lot!

Daily approximate schedules would be helpful specially for a first time traveller. More information should be provided even if it was not on the Optional tour options list.

I had been in a tour 3 times and our Tour director was the best. Very professional and knowledgeable

We just came back from Spain. It was really great. Globus was awesome. We only have a little issue with the breakfast in the Aguamar hotel in Madrid. I guees they were not ready for us, but next day it was better. Overall great trip, my family and I aare very happy and we wil book again with your company and preferable with Globus.

I think that we were on the bus for to many hours from town to town. This didn't allow any time to do anything. The tour guide did nothing with us yet a tip was requsted. The hotels were fair not so great and the food was very bad. We did not enjoy this trip because all the other guides took us to churches only. I am sure that Spain offers more then that. A 9 day tour was spent on traveling at least a total of 3 days on the bus.
