Great tour with excellent tour director and a great bus driver! Overall, l Iove this tour

My sister and I had an amazing time during the whole tour of Fatima, Lourdes, and the Shrines of Spain. We felt safe during the whole trip thanks to our tour guide and our bus driver. Thanks to them and their professional experience, we got safely to all our destinations and learned so much about the history of each place we visited. What a blessing it was to be able to share delicious meals with other tours travelers. The servers were very polite. God bless them for all their hard work! The hotels were very good. Cleanliness is next to holiness and that is how I describe each hotel we stayed. We were so fortunate to have been able to sleep in lovely rooms and take a hot shower at the end of each day. Every hotel provided excellent rooms, food, and service to my sister and me. My sister and I feel very Blessed for this once in a lifetime opportunity to make this trip. Thank you Affordable Tours.com and COSMOS for making our Pilgrimage a dream come true. God Bless you

Was a wonderful trip and the tour guide was fantastic and knowledgeable. The driver was very profesional and helpful

Beautiful trip. The best of this pilgrimage was our tour director Mr. John. From the minute he met us at the airport at Lisbon till the last minute he said his good byes in Barcelona he was polite, friendly, caring and very knowledgeable of the history of all the holy sites we visited. He contributed so much to the growth of our faith We really hope that next time we do another tour we'll be blessed to meet him again.

it was unforgettable Tour, we enjoyed it so much, everything was well organized, from booking, the hotels, the Coach very clean and comfortable, special thanks for our Tour Director John he was a sweetheart, very caring, knowledgable and very organized always on time. Thank you also to our driver for keeping us safe on our travel on the road . The only problem we encounter is the layover from New York going home to Vegas, I guess it was a short lay over not enough time to do all- Customs, picking up our luggage and check in again, long walks from one area to the other almost miss our flight. other than that as I said it was unforgettable. Thank you Christine for quick response always to all my questions and concern, looking forward to my next trip from COSMOS.

The tour was great. The hotels were really nice, comfortable and good value. The one in Santiago de Compostela was very luxurious, but further away from the town center. But they offered a nice shuttle to/from town/hotel. The hotel in Fatima was so close to the Basilica Square (you could see it from the rooms), so was very convenient, but the first room I was assigned had a bed that was stiff as a board. When I asked for another, softer bed, the staff was so accommodating and nice and moved me to a better room/bed right away for the 2nd night. The hotel in Barcelona, was further from the center, but very modern and extremely comfortable with very large rooms and bathrooms. The food at all the hotels was very nice. All hotels had very nice staff. It was nice in Lourdes that they offered us the use of motor scooters to use on the town walking tour (25 euros).

Philip did a wonderful job answering all my questions

Great itinerary! It was all what my wife and I expected. The Tour Guides from each places we stopped were extremely knowledgeable. We learned more of history and new facts about the places we visited, i.e., Fatima, Lourdes, Sagrada Familia. I particularly liked the Flamenco show in Barcelona, although the showroom were a little cramped and the restaurant was small for several group of travelers like us. There were misunderstanding about entrance fees from some areas we visited. I assumed that we have a tour packaged were entrance fees at any given site of the tour we visited were covered, Unfortunately, it was not. Our Tour Guide (Mr. Thomas) worked out very hard to get us our entrance fee waived to the Sagrada Familia; otherwise, we would have to pay several Euros to get inside the Sagrada. Overall, our trip was well worth it. Beforehand, my wife and I looked forward in visiting the Fatima in Portugal, St. Bernadette of Lourdes in France and the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona and we did through this tour. It was all great places to visit. Our Tour Guide, Mr. John and driver, Mr. Jose were a pair of aces, possesses great teamwork, very accommodating, friendly, good humored personalities, approachable, extremely hard workers, knowledgeable and highly professionals! Travelling with these gentlemen was travelling safely and with style.

Tour did not provide all bold letter admissions. Tour director obtained the SAGRADA FAMILIA ticket at the last moment with much hesitation. Carcasson CITADEL entry was denied by the tour director

Every site and church/basilica,cathedral included on the tour was exceptional. The 3 optional excursions to Finesterre, Tomar, and Montserrat were amazing and well worth the price. The location of the hotel in Lisbon was far from anything of interest, and hotel itself only fair. But that was only for one night and it was compensated by the hotel in Fatima, which was across the street from the Basilica; the hotel in Lourdes, just a short walk from the grotto and basilicas; and the luxurious hotel in Santiago. All in all I was very happy with tour and the price for what we received.

We were all 20 in our group, everybody had a good time over all, only one request from us, hoping next time much nicer hotel accommodations

The tour director George was very good, and helpful. He help make the trip a good experience.

So happy I had this tour. Thank you Brenda for the help you gave me.

I like the itinerary because it has the spiritual aspects without sacrificing sightseeing.

Very accommodating with questions that were at times trivial, despite the time difference (I'm from Manila, Philippines and he's in TX).

Our trip was arranged by Kevin, one of your most valuable employees. He was very accomodating and answered all our queries with patience and courtesy. Our trip though short, was full of memories worth reliving each day. This is our second tour with Cosmos, and I would say, it has always been great Travelling with them.

The tour iterinaries met my expectations. Our tour director , Jorge, was very knowledgeable and articulate .He gave us detailed infos on each and every places we visited. Him & the driver , Julio surely made us all feel safe throughout our travels. The Hotel Christina in Lourdes was the worst hotel in the tour. Very crowded esp during meals that one should be constantly be asking for utensils or replenish the food that are being served. The quality of food is very poor & everyone felt that we were rationed. The fire alarm went off at the same hotel at around 4am & we did not received any infos or directions what to do . We just waited for instructions but no announcements were made even after the alarm . We still do not know what really happened.

Only a few things didn't match up completely to the itinerary. WiFi was NOT available when traveling by bus in France, only in Portugal and Spain.

I had a great time except for a couple of hotels that squeezed us, 3 people, in one small room.

The trip was very good and meet my expectations. I will book another trip with Cosmos and Affordable tour again.

I strongly agree for what was written above excep for two accommodations VIP executive Entracampos is Lidbon Portugal-this Hotel is so dirty. Pls don't use them again Paradis Hotel in Lourdes France -food is awful Thanks

Awesome excellent service from the travel agent, Linda to the Tour Director Jorge, the Tour Guides and Tour Driver Virgilio. This trip was beyond our expectations, we immensely enjoyed the places, hotels, meals and even the weather was fantastic! Our Tour Director Jorge made me understand and learn more about the history of the many churches and saints, the Blessed Mary and Portugal, Spain, France, Santiago de Compostela. It was like an entertaining seminar while watching the scenic views !

My wife lost her luggage for 4 days, The food was not so good on some hotels. The Flamenco excursion with dinner is not worth 80 Euros. I should NOT have joined. The seat rotation in the bus is NOT very organized. All pilgrims should have name tag on their shirt so it is easy to remember the names We should have been allowed to bring normal size hand carry instead of the very small hand carry, they said it will be placed under the seat.

The tour exceeded my high expectations, primarily due to the superb tour guide.

The driver Sergio and the guide Zsolt very professional and always make us feel that they care about us every moment.

Very satisfied, beyond expectations, Best tour director and tireles tour driver we ever had..

We feel that the trip was of good value to what we paid for but we were disappointed with some of the accommodations because of location. Most disappointed with the fact that they changed the Barcelona hotel without telling us before the trip and the new location was an industrial location, so inconvenient to access the main city. The only compensation was, the tour guide and driver did their very best for us to have access to food as much as they can so we can at least be able to eat at a decent place on our stay in the most awaited city to explore which was Barcelona. Despite trying to give us time to visit Barcelona, it was not enough to make the most of the visit because of the location of the hotel they chose last minute.

It was a truly value for money tour! We were able to visit places that are significant to the Catholic faith ( Fatima and Lourdes shrines, st James Cathedral in Santiago de Compostela, Bom Jesus do Monte sanctuary, etc). The Sagrada Familia and Montserrat were just awe-inspiring and magnificent!! Our tour director Jorge was very helpful , always looking after the welfare of everyone in the group, as well as knowledgable about the places we visit. The bus driver , Santana, should also be commended for his professional driving skills. He even went the extra mile by lending me some money during one of those stops when I told him I forgot my bag in the bus and was planning to buy some snack. Well done Jorge & Santana!! Good job Affordabletours!!

This trip far exceeded my expectations. I will certainly and am already looking into planning another trip!

This trip was definitely a pilgrimage, meaning that the accommodations were barebones, nothing fancy. Still, that is what we expect on a pilgrimage. Our guide, Enrique, was fantastic, as was our driver, Alberto. The bus was comfortable. Would definitely book with Cosmos again.

The good things first: My compliments to the Tour Director and Bus Driver on the tour. They far exceeded my expectations and on the whole the tour went as presented with a couple of comments: 1. It was difficult for me to participate in some areas of tour sites which I could not negotiate because of my age and a weakened knee. I inquired about this with I checked with Affordable tours about physical requirements and was told the tour sites would require only moderate physical ability. Please provide a description of physical activity required in your tour brochures in the future. Many of the sites did not offer easy access and I could not negotiate stairs easily. 2. The NH Hotel left much to desired in the services provided. It is situated in a 100% industrial complex with little or no security. On our check in night while waiting on elevators,to rooms one of the tour participants had a bag stolen by strangers who walked into the hotel lobby and took a bag. and ran into a waiting car. outside main hotel entrance.. There were no bellmen to help with luggage. Some of the air conditioners did not work and there were no facilities for lunch other than in vending machines.

Tour guide was amazing as was the bus driver. My only complaint was with our last hotel in Barcelona which was in a very seedy area. On check-in to this hotel a fellow passenger had a bag stolen as we waited to get on the elevator. The person who stole the bag came into the lobby from the street. I don't think Cosmos should use this hotel in the future, even though it was very close to our departing airport. Aside from this, the tour was fabulous.

The hotels were fine except for NH Hotel in Barcelona. Cosmos did not tell us that we were transfered from Ibis to NH Hotel. There were thieves inside the hotel by the elevator. 2 of our companions lost things, a whole luggage and expensive sunglasses, Ipad from their bags. In the middle of the night most of us heard knocks on our doors. There was no doorman, porter or security cameras. We did not feel safe in that hotel and most of us wanted to transfer to another hotel because thieves were mingling with us by the elevator.

Your tour director and the driver were excellent!

By far, this was one of the best tours I have ever been; thank you all!

the most organized tour I ever attended.

We had a wonderful time on our Faith Based tour of Portugal, Spain and France. We had wonderful stops in Fatima and Lourdes and Barcelona, plus many other interesting places. . Our Tour Director was terrific!! Hotels and included excursions were very meaningful. It is a great trip!!!!!!!!!

The tour was well run and well done.

This was a great tour, pleasant experience. Steve, my travel consultant was always there for me, I called several times before the trip, he patiently explained everything in details. He is excellent, looking forward future booking. Our Tour Director Estefania was excellente, she had everything very organized, all the hotels, all the dinners, very concerned with Luz's allergy to shellfish at the different places we ate, and in many occasions she went of out her way to make our experience even more exciting, like the reservation to Mass at the Sagrada Familia, or the initiative of the pilgrimage passport, to have it stamped during our WAY: KUDOS for her!! and the driver Pedro very courteous, made us feel very safe and secure during our trip. Overall this trip was beyon our expectations. Thank you

Jorge was a wonderful tour guide. His knowledge about the countries we visited made the tour very interesting. He went above and beyond for everyone on the tour.

It was a wonderful experience. The Tour Director was really professional and very knowledgeable and very accomodating. We look forward on booking another tour - perhaps another faith based tour with Cosmos.

This tour was better than expected because it was offered by Cosmos which is an economy branch of Globus, but the hotels were mostly very good and the breakfasts were ample. The tour guide was superb and the bus was a brand new Mercedes and very comfortable. I think this tour is a bargain and a very good value. I highly recommend the tour for anyone interested in the religious sites included in the tour.

Cosmos delivered what they promised. With airport transfer I had a problem and I ended up getting a taxi although I had paid for airport transfer. At Lisbon airport I followed the instruction to find Cosmos agent didn\'t see him/her, the instructions were very vague " after you exit take the ramp on your right side and, at the end of the ramp on your left you will see the Meeting Point sign." From 3:00Pm till 4:00 Pm I went through the end of the ramp didn\'t see any sign, they should have mentioned what to expect at the end of the ramp a parking lot? An open space? A road?... Anyway I got tired from waiting and looking and I took a cab it cost me EU 15.00 so I lost $ 25.00 that I had paid for transfer. However coming home there was no problem with airport transfer and everything was very well organized.

The tour was excellent except there were about 50 people in it. Waiting time is a little bit longer. The hotels at Fatima & Lourdes were very close to the shrines. The Fatima Hotel could have served breakfast earlier than scheduled since pilgrims want to go early in the Shrine of Fatima. The Lourdes Hotel did an excellent service by providing early breakfast at 6am so pilgrims can go early to the Lourdes Shrine. Barcelona Hotel was nice except a little bit far from city center & it was hot in my room. We had an excellent Tour Guide and Driver.

We have had a very pleasant experience with the outcome of our tour. We came home happy and satisfied. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, engaging, and straightforward. We found our tour to be informative, we have seen a lot and not found it too stressful. The whole group was on time, thus not delaying the sightseeing and everyone got along fine.

COSMOS is far beyond expectations.

The tour offered more than expected. Excellent tour director - knowledgeable and accommodating. The hotel at Barcelona (Hotel Santos Porto Fira) was the best - excellent accommodation and food, not far from city limits. Our travel consultant likewise gave us excellent service, advise and provided good plane seats with consideration to my bad knees. Having travelled with Cosmos in the past, definitely this trip was an upgrade. Will definitely recommend Cosmos and looking forward to travel with your agency again. Many thanks for beautiful memories from this trip.

Good balance of religious experiences and fun activities. Very good value for the money. Looking forward to my next trip I have taken many trips with Cosmos Tours and they always deliver what they advertise Thank you Cosmos Tours for providing quality travels at very affordable prices. . .

Accommodation in Lourdes, France was changed and it was farther from the sanctuary. The service during dinner and breakfast was slow, and not enough choices for breakfast.
