Costsaver has introduced these enhanced hygiene protocols – for you and team members.
Costsaver asks that you please take personal responsibility for your wellbeing. This begins with packing any personal protective equipment and sanitizers you require. Please adopt physical distancing and hygiene practises throughout your pre-trip travel arrangements and follow all health instruction whether physical signage, or requests from the professional staff once you are vacationing.
Expertly Trained Travel DirectorsTravel Director training equips them with enhanced hygiene and physical distancing procedures. During your trip, they will operate with a duty of care and monitor the hygiene etiquette of the guests, reacting and advising as needed, to ensure high standards are maintained. Before you travel, Costsaver will also keep you well informed about new protocols required in these areas, and ask that you cooperate with and heed the advice and direction of Travel Directors while on your trip. The Travel Directors have preventative measures in place to try and ensure your well-being and in the event that any unexpected issues arise on trip, they will activate additional protocols.
Stringent On-the-Road ProtocolsThe customized luxury coaches are sanitised before the start of your trip and have always been kept to very high standards. Following the outbreak of COVID-19, Costsaver have taken additional measures to elevate hygiene and sanitary practices in accordance with guidance from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and as required, applicable government regulations. The Driver training provides them with the latest hygiene protocols. They will clean and disinfect all surfaces including handrails, door handles, tables, seats, air-conditioning filters and overhead lockers on a daily basis. All the guests are asked to follow hygiene practices recommended by the World Health Organisation including the thorough and regular washing of hands and sanitising when required. Hand sanitiser is freely available on board for your use throughout the day. Please bring your own washable face mask and gloves with you, and additional hand sanitiser to make you feel comfortable, as these will be required to be worn in public in some countries. Should an unexpected situation arise, additional face masks, rubber gloves, antiviral sprays and wipes will be available for guest distribution on all trips.

Question: Hi, what are the optional experiences for this tour?
Question: When it says view, is it just ride by on the bus or walk by on walking tour? Do we actually go inside to really see these buildings?
Question: How many suitcases can I take with me on my trip?
Question: Is Airfare Included in the Price?
Darren (tour guide) abd Kevin(coach driver) made it easy for us first timer. I am now converted to road tour is actually the best way to visit places!
Our Tour Director Nicky was awesome and then some! She added so much to the joy of our travel experience. Cost savers tours is so fortunate to have such a talented Tour Professional on their team. Stephen, our driver, was amazing as well.
Didn't meet staff the first day, the last day was only half day. We didn't visit some places from itinerary - just passed them. Bus was going the whole time on a highway- we didn't see any scenery.
Wonderful trip!
This was my first Costsaver tour and it was amazing. Our consultant, Maureen and tour guide Rose were top notch, extremely knowledgeable, and true professionals. I will definitely use Costsaver again!
I prefer a step up on accommodations
Fantastic trip, we enjoyed all aspects of the travel, coach was clean and comfortable. Each city offered some free time for my wife and I to explore on our own, would recommend to others
Some of the rooms were substandard and the Costsaver staff did NOT do much to accommodate a disabled person with mobility limitations--including arranging for rooms with walk in showers for safety, or arranging to porter bags the final day. NONE of this was Ms. Sharara's fault, in my opinion, but that of the Costsaver staff.
Good trip. Itinerary not clear in some cases on what was/was not included. More "on your own" visiting was required than I expected.
I enjoyed this tour and it exceeded my expectations. The destinations were remarkable and it was a pleasure to see them all. Also, the tour Director was excellent and enthusiastic which made the experience even better.
I don't think the additional tours were explained very well in the things that I read on the internet. More costs were involved than I realized there would be
We were looking for more time spent in countryside, rather than so much time in large, congested cities. Our bus driver & tour director were very good. Most accommodations were very nice but hotel in Waterford (Treacy's) should never be included in tour. It was a fire hazard, with very uneven floors, dirty carpet and terrible food for dinner. Dinners included in tour were not very good, but breakfasts were consistently good. I highly recommend the optional tour just outside Waterford to he Saratoga waterfront pub with entertainment. It was a nice, intimate experience with wonderful Irish music performed by 3 very talented singers.
The most irritating part of the whole trip was that we did not have sufficient time at each location to be able to do any tours and/or have time to eat our meals and/or also be able to walk around and see the city sights. We felt like we were limited to having to choose between seeing the cities or touring the things we wanted to tour. We felt rushed and very much on a time crunch at each destination. One of the things that contributed to that was the fact that a few times we would stop for a restroom break 10 - 15 minutes before we reached the next destination and that would eat up 30 - 45 minutes or more of the time we could have spent sightseeing. This would be after only an hour or so of driving. We may have been "spoiled" by our last tour (Globus, booked through AFFORDABLETOURS.COM) where the guide was extremely knowledgable of all of the cities we drove through and everything in between. She would give us information about so many things we passed on the drive from one city to the next. He did give us some information, as we neared the cities, but it was mostly political history/facts. Some of that is okay but I wanted more different information on the places we went to than mainly the political side. Our guide on this trip seemed to be more concerned with allowing people to sleep during the drives, and many of the people did sleep on the drives so I felt like that was a hinderance to our guide. We paid a lot of money to take our son, his wife, our daughter and ourselves to visit these countries to see and absorb as many sights and as much information as we could and we didn\'t want to waste our time sleeping and miss anything.
